Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick stone or concrete walls surfaces including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubing down with water etc up to 10m height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces or other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces firnished even and smooth without using extra cement up to hieght of four storey bldg ,including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge..

M&L 5mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 , as in ceiling, finsihed the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls finished fair and even without using extra cemet and in multistorey building ,complete all as directed

M&L for chipping out spilled and loose concrete cover and derusting steel reinforement of concrete column, beam, slab, chajjas, parapets and the like as directed upto 25 to 35mm thick roughening and cleaning concrete surface with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry including derusting steel wire reinforecement, providing fabric MS wire mesh 75 x 75 x 2mm as reinforcement to concrete surface applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 25mm average thickness guiniting mix using one part of OPC 53 grade and two part of gaggar sand mixed with adhesive/admixture @ pressure of 2.5 to 3.00kg/Sqcm by guiniting machine and surface finished even ,fair and smooth including necessary padding, shuttering/scaffolding, formwork complete as directed at site Note :- (a) After placing the additional reinforecement all concrete surfaces shall be throughly scrubbed with wire brushes, washed with water and allow to dry, apply chemistic polycretes admixture @ 2.25 kg by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instruction. (b) when polymix concreting in taking condition,guiniting is done with polycrete admixture @ 2% by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instructions (polycrete admixture shall be procured from chemical adhesive Pvt Ltd Co or their authorised dealer). (c) Cost of the above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

M&L for preparation of newly/Old plastered surfaces of wall and apply two coat oil bond distemper with applying 1-2 mm birla wall care putty over one coat of primer from the same manufacture complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly/Old plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying Tow coats of OBD with 1mm thick putty complete all as specified and directed by eng in charge.

M&L for preparation of newly/Old plastered surfaces of wall with applying 1-2 mm birla wall care putty and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at (a) all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre With Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of perforated Size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, 12mm (b) With sami perforated 12mm thick thick micro tegular design and patterns having moisture micro tegular edged or 1 0 mm content less than 2%, humidity resistance edged GRG thick square edged of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS false ceiling GRG false ceiling 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS tiles 4 76 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm,cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of s1ze 600x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1 OOOmm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall I partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at and 450mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store andd rubbish off the premises
