Dismantling Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in padding concrete fair finish, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and like including weathering slight rounded and throating ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm including cleaning surfaces etc ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing (minimum) 3mm thick APP film based poly meric membrance minimum weighing 3Kg per Sqm reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application over entire roof area with over lapping 100mm to either sides and sealed in after cleaning down the roof by brooms ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for 40mm thick brick tiles, laid on and including 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted and pointed flush in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for brick tiles but except brick tiles (Note:-Old serviceable tiles shall be reused ) laid on and including 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted and pointed flush in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work or brick tiles, laid flat, in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc built in cement mortar ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour flush pointing to bricks laid flat or brick tiles in pavings in CM 1:3 with waterproofing compound. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only liquid waterproofing compound ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for cleaning of dust & dirt , Removal of all loose existing bituminous material or with chipper & applying heat torch gun to get smooth plain finished surface. Repair all joints & cracks with Highly Elastic bituminous Cold applied Putty-Tarplast- having penetration after setting upto 8mm & confirming to IS 1580:1991. Any annular space between drain pipe and concrete should be filled with mortar admixed with ShaliSBR latex of STP Ltd. Making necessary Gola 75x75 mm with rich cement mortar admixed with ShaliSBR latex of STP Ltd at the interface of horizontal & Vertical junctions ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Slightly damp the surface, avoid standing Water. Prime the surface with Tarfelt LM mixed with potable water in the ratio 1:1 and apply @ 400gm/sqm (as per surface condition). Allow the primer to touch dry in tacky position in open atmosphere. Thenafter apply 1st coat of Tarfelt LM (Liiquid membrane) having elongation 200% confirming to ASTM-C-412 & bridging of 8mm confirming to ASTM-C-836 with tensile strength after 7 days 0.5mm confirmin to ASTM-C-412 with no diluation of water on primed surface is still tacky with consumption of 0.7 kg/sqm. lay Geotex of 45 GSM/Fibre mesh simultaneously and paste it properly with overlap of 50mm. Allow the first coat to dry for 10-12Hrs. Apply 2nd coat of cured first coat with consumption @ 0.7kg/sqm in opposite dierction of first coat by Brush or roller. Sprinkle sand @ 200Gm P/Sqm while the coating is stick to facilitate plastering for protection screed. Allow it to dry for 10-12 hrs . Apply 3rd coat if required as per site reqirement ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Asbestos cement ( corrugated, semicorrugated ,etc.) sheets in roof coverings ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl Item No. 16 here-in-before but except sheets. Note:-Old serviceable sheets shall be reused.

Material and Labour for Asbestos cement onepiece plain angular ridge 6mm thick in ridges fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl Item No. 18 here-in-before but except ridge sheets. Note:-Old serviceable sheets shall be reused.

Supply and Fixing Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 grade St. 240 ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings under 40 sq. cm in section, in any position ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour two coats of synthetic enamel painting on steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described over a coat of red oxide primer including prepration of previously untreated surfaces ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling boarding , any description , fixed in any position with screws ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 8mm thick Seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately) ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) pipes single110mm socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors/wall ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in repair 110mm PVC (SWR) bends any radius ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks 1000ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks 500ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
