IMPROVEMENT TO SURFACES OF CERTAIN BUILDINGS AND INFRASTRUCTURE AT ICGAS, PROVISION OF CONCRETE WORKING PLATFROM AND FLAME PROOF LIGHTING AT BATTERY SHOP IN AED/ALD HANGAR AT ICGAS AND PROVISION OF DOOR FOR SCREEN WALL ALONG PARADE GROUND AT ICGS RAT

Material and Labour for preparing old plastered, painted surfaces on walls including cornices of undecorated surfaces and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old decorated distempered surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down & stopping holes of distempered surfaces and apply two coats of oil emulsion distemper to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm with and including complete removal of existing treatment and sealing the cracks complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The work will have to be done up to Four storey building height, no extra payment be paid for scaffolding or any some kind of mechanically hydraulic machine.

Taking down cement plaster from walls built in cement mortar, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. to receive plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick on surfaces of brick work or concrete in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of laterite stone masonry wall surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 5 mm thick in ceilings in cement mortar (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparing new plastered surfaces on ceiling including cornices and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered and apply two coats of oil emulsion distemper to walls complete all as specified and as directed.
