Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Removing loose rust from the reinforcement bars by wire brushing, light hammering etc. and applying sulphate and chloride free inorganic single component rust remover Rusticide as approved by Engineer in charge conforming to IS 9077. The rusted surface shall become blackish non rusted colour. After 24 hours of application of rust remover, loose particles shall be removed by brush. Apply one more coat of Rusticide. Apply bonding coat slurry of high performance acrylic polymer - Methyl 2-methylpropenoate copolymer with another enoate as approved by Engineer in charge on entire surface. Mix 1 Kg of acrylic polymer with 0.5 Kg of cement. Finish it with ready to use repair polymer modified mortar based onspecial cements, aldehyde based polymers with thixotropy modifying agents as approved by Engineer in charge (The Polymer Modified Mortar (PMM) should attain min. compressive strength of 20 N/mm2 in 1 day and 30 N/mm2 in 7 days) by adding 13 - 16% water by weight of polymer modified mortar for treatment to the damaged RCC members. Add 1 Kg of Migrating Corrosion Inhibiting Admixture as approved by Engineer in charge per 25 Kg bag of polymer modified mortar. After mixing polymer modified mortar, it can be trowel applied or sprayed. When applying by hand, polymer modified mortar must be forced tightly into the substrate to ensure complete contact with the substrate. (If scaffolding is required, same shall be provided and will be paid under relevant item) (Upto 15 mm thickness at a time).
Providing dry/ trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss rubble stone soling 15 cm to 20 cm thick including hand packing and compacting etc. complete.

The supporting framework shall be made out of 50 mm X25mm X 3mm thick Aluminium section to be spaced horizontally and vertically for fixing of panel of size 900 mm X 1200 mm and fixed to the building structure as per design through 50mm X50mm X5 mm MS angle clamps prefixed to masonry or slab, columns with Hilti make anchor fastener screws. The fixing of panel to be done with the help of VHB tapes and screws and all the sealing of joints to be done with weather sealent Silicon as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The feed material should be manufactured out of nominal 0.45 mm Base Metal Thickness (BMT), Hi-strength steel with min. 550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot dip coated with Aluminium-Zinc alloy (55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc &1.5% Si) as per AS 1397 - Zincalume AZ150 (Min. 150 gms/sq.mt total on both sides) with quality paint coat as per AS/NZS 2728 type 3-4. The paint shall have a total coating thickness of nominal 35 μm, comprising of nominal 20 μm exterior SMP coat on top surface and nominal 5 μm reverse backer coat on back surface over nominal 5 μm primer coat on both surfaces of approved colour shade. Total Coated Thickness (TCT) should be 0.50mm. Total Painted Thickness (TPT) should be in addition to 0.50mm. The steel sheet shall be fastened with nominal 40 μm zinc coated or nominal 25 μm zinc-tin alloy coated, Hex head, self-drilling screw as per AS 3566-2002 Class 3 fasteners of approved make with EPDM washer as per the requirement considering the profile shape and design load. The fastener size shall be calculated as per the design or manufacturers recommendations. The profile sheet, fastener size etc. shall be approved by the Engineer. The sheeting should be with minimum 200mm lap & waterproof with Silicon sealant non-hardening neutral cure type shall be applied at all end laps, complete as directed. Puf insulation of 40 kg/m3 density shall be factory filled 50mm thickness in between 2 sheets. LINER SHEET- The feed material should be manufactured out of nominal 0.45 mm Base Metal Thickness (BMT), Hi-strength steel with min. 550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot dip coated with Aluminium-Zinc alloy (55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc &1.5% Si) as per AS 1397 - Zincalume AZ150 (Min. 150 gms/sq.mt total on both sides) with quality paint coat as per AS/NZS 2728 type 3-4. Concrete dressing and finishing with Round edge grooves with 4" (100mm) flat edge and broom finish.Dressing and finishing any grade of concrete from M15 to M 40 of thickness not less than 100 mm including making proper straight channel shuttering, edging all sides the using steel or MS edger of radius 3/4"(20mm) with 4" (100mm)side wing and length 6"(150mm) driven by hand or walker arrangement. Making grooves in concrete at the interval not less 1.5 meter and not more than 30 times depth of concrete. Radius of groover shall be 3/4"(20mm) and side wing shall be 4"(100mm) on both side. Groover may be hand driven or with walker attachment. After laying of concrete, screed vibrator shall be used followed by alluminium straight edge to achieve concrete in plain level. Magnesium bull floater shall be utilzed to make surface even and finished. First round of edger shall be utilized to achieve good round finish at edges and in grooves. Steel hand floater or steel bull floater has to be use to get smooth finish after confirmation that the concrete has become sufficiently stiff. This can checked by pressing thumb on the concrete surface. Thumb should not go in concrete very easily. Second round of edger groover shall be used to carry out to make groove smooth. After this soft nylon brush shall be used to make the required pattern of broom finish. Immediately third round of edger and groover shall be used to make the final finish. Concrete shall be cured for seven days by keeping surface moist by curing while being covered with plastic sheet as directed.
Providing and fixing of the precast tapered water table of thickness varying from 105 to 125 mm, 300mm width in M-20 grade RMC (Supplied through MCGM approved plant) or concrete mixed with use of weigh batch mixers as detailed in drawing No.DyChE/Rds/94/E.S. dated 17.8.2005 inclusive of excavation in any soil except rock, laying of leveling course of M-15 grade RMC 100mm thick to the required slope, (inclusive of form work) jointing in 1:2 cement mortar prop. flush to concrete surfaces as directed (Water tables shall be procured from MCGM registered agencies).

Junction Name Board for Heritage Area: Providing, fixing and erecting on site Junction Name Board. Vertical pole shall be 2 nos of hot dip galvanized M.S. square pipe of size 100mm x 100mm x 3.5mm thick. Signage box shall be of size 1500mm x 900mm made of hot dip galvanized M.S. square pipe of size 75mm x 75mm x 6mm thick covered with 4mm thick aluminum composite panel with 0.5mm Al skin thickness on both sides. The box assembly shall be welded to the vertical posts on both sides as shown in the drawing. The box shall be covered with 4mm thick, 0.5mm Al skin thickness ACP on both sides upon which digitally printed MICRO PRISMATIC GRADE Type XI retro reflective sheeting shall be pasted. The retro reflective material shall comply with the table 6.9 of IRC 67-2012. Letters or borders shall be printed on the retro reflective sheeting using printer approved by the sheeting manufacturer and laminated using suitable UV protective laminate.
