Providing and laying of additional spans of 300 sq. mm 3 ½ core XLPE Al. cable Armored of various sizes as mentioned below fresh ones. (02 no cables one is 110 mtrs and 2nd cable for Lecturer Hall 325 mtrs ) 1.1KV Armoured as per (IS 7098(part 1) ) & IS 1554 part-1 )from main power controll room to Lecturer Hall sub power control room and Lecturer Hall sub power control room to college Star building sub power controll and to be laid on cable hangers, over head pole brackets and to be connecting in the Panel, changeover switch, busbars, main MCCB's. The job includes the cost of fixing of one number 300 mm sq. 3.5 core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp) at two places Star building college and Lecturer Hall.(02 no cables). as per site requirement.

Supply and erection of ST poles of size 9 mtrs. 410 SP 15 complete with base plate and top cap and painting confirming to IS. The job included cost of P/F of cement concreat 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation inclding excavation and refilling etc. as required for laying of cables near Lecturer Hall and Star building.

Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concreat (1 cement : 3 Coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm ) of specifiedsize and shape including from work, plastering if required, curing etc as required (volume of pole not to be deducted.

Supply erection of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron bracket L type and cross-arms size 40mm x 40mm x6mm each 03 nos on above poles including drilling holes to be fixed on top of pole for laying and resting of LT cables.

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) Bracket for mounting of LED street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 3 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required.

SITC of LED street light LED fixture IP 65/66 powder coated with following specition: Input voltage: 1. 150V to 270V 2. Lumens: Min4000. 3. power factor: greater than 0.90. 4. Life more than 40000 hours. 5. No of hours usage/day: 10 to 12 hours/day 6. wattage: 40:48W 7. Clour temperature: 5500 to 6500K 8. Ingress protection; IP 65/66 as per IS/IEC 60529-2001. 9. Working temperature 0 deg to 50 deg. 10. Luminary casing: pressure die cast Alumn. with toughened glass cover and water proof fixture.

Supplying and drawing 3x1.5 mm sq. sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable through in street light pole as required. (for 03 no poles)

P/F of looping box (sheet steel) complete with lockable, hinged type door, gas kitted, clips, nuts and bolts, MCb strip neautral connection, earthing nut bolt for above street lighting

Supplying and fixing 5 A or 10 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Providing and laying of spans of 10 sq mm 2 core XLPE Al. cable Armored fresh ones. 1.1KV for above street lights

Supplying and making end termination with and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
