Servicing of ceiling fans of capacity 1200/1400mm including taking down from site , dismantling, cleaning, greasing/oiling of bush and bearings, replacement of set of split pins, cotter pins, blade screws, canopy screws of suitable size and ensuring all blades screwed properly before refixing including replacement of PVC fan box round sheet as required on site and making electric connection with flexible copper conductor of size 3 core 0.50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. (Rewinding and unserviceable parts other than specified in this item if any will be measured and paid seperately).

Dismantling and taking out burnt winding by cutting, cleaning slouts and re-winding of AC ceiling fan motor 1200mm/1400mm of any make of fan with super enameled heat resistant copper winding wire of gauge 35 SWG including, sleeve work, varnishing with 1st class insulation, greasing, threading, connection with flexible wire 0.472 mm copper wire upto connector block and re-assembling and testing for 4 Hrs after repair complete all as specified and directed. (Repairs will be measured and paid for separately under respective items):- Notes :- (i) Fan shall be collected by the contractor from MES store yard at thier own arrangement. (ii) Motor shall be wound with machine only and repair of fan inside complex / office of GE (S) Mamun. (iii) Khaitan/RPG/KEI or equivallent make super enameled copper winding wire shall only be used. (iv) Rates are deemed to include cost of repair /servicing & replacement of minor spare part i.e. blade screws, capacitors clumps terminal connection , split pin spring washer etc.

Servicing of exhuast fans of capacity up to 450 mm including taking down from site, dismantling, cleaning, greasing/oiling of bush and bearings, replacement of blade screws, canopy screws of suitable size and ensuring all blades screwed properly before refixing and making electric connection with flexible copper conductor of size 3 core 0.50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. (Rewinding and unserviceable parts other than specified in this item if any will be measured and paid seperately).

Dismantling and Re-winding of exhaust fan/industrial wall mounting fan/pedstral fan motor 250-380mm sweep any make of fan with super enameled heat resistant copper winding wire 31 SWG to 34 SWG including cutting and getting out old brunt winding, sleeve work, varnishing with E class insulation greasing, threading, connections with three core copper flexbile wire of size 0.50Sqmm of length not more than one mtr with each fan complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Exhaust Fan/pedestal fan shall be collected by the contractor from MES store yard at thier own arrangement. (ii) Motor shall be wound with machine only. (iii) Khaitan/RPG/KEI /RR or equivallent make super enameled copper winding wire shall only be used. (iv) Rates are deemed to include cost of repair /servicing & replacement of minor spare part i.e. body screws, capacitors clumps , clips etc.

All as per Srl item No 4 above but 380mm-450mm sweep as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable gun metal bush of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable capacitor AC 440volts 2.5 mfd oil filed ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 08 here-in-above but 3.15mfd complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable ball bearing suitable for ceiling fan/exhaust fan/wall/pedestal fan any type complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable shackle assy kit (rubber real -01, MS split clamp two Nos, nuts and bolts washers 2 Nos & split pin -02 Nos) suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable ceiling fan blades made of MS sheet duly powder coated of thickness not less than 1.00mm suitable for 1400/1200mm sweep ceiling fan of any make complete all as specified and directed.

Repalcement of old unserviceable down rod of ceiling fan duly spray painted complete with split pin, hanging clamp and rubber real (length of rod not less than 45cm and not more than 60cm) complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of existing unserviceable PVC canopy top & bottom of ceiling fan as per existing size & shape complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of metallic casing (upper and lower ) for housing ceiling fan motor of size required at site for ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep made out of powder coated CRCA sheet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of old unserviceable metallic exhuast fan/wall mounted fan blade duly powder coated of type, make and colour as of existing exhaust fan suitable for size upto 380mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 17 here-in-above but for size 450mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repalcement cable PVC insulated and overall sheathed with flexible copper conductor 3 core of size 0.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old paint by scraping with sand paper including washing and filling cavaties with filter and applying two coats of painting to ceiling fan 1200-1400mm sweep at workshop with heat resistant synthetic enamel paint by spray painting incl, writing MES No on the ceiling fans as directed. Note:- Paint qaulity and colour shall be get approved from GE.

Removing old paint by scraping with sand paper including washing and filling cavaties with filter and applying two coats of painting to exhaust fan upto 750mm sweep at workshop with heat resistant synthetic enamel paint by spray painting incl, writing MES No on the exhaust fans as directed. Note:- Paint qaulity and colour shall be get approved from GE.

Replacement of old unserviceable electronic fan regulator step type hum free heavy duty 230 volts on existing laminated sheets complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of existing unserviceable shutter and lover of exhaust fan as per existing size & shape complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable PVC fan blades of suitable size as per existing make and size of exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for lathe work incl re-alignment to rotor, stater sloter, cleaning welding , bracing and polishing etc and refixing after repair and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of Electric meter after changing of UNSV spare parts such as PCB board, Indicator, display control push wiring along with sealing of meter and terminal connection complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Spare part items to be included in qoated rate. (ii) Contractor will provide the written warranty for one year.

Replacement of old unserviceable PVC body of exhaust fan alongwith shutter cover plate of size upto 300mm sweep including all fitments such as screws, gasket cover, canopy of both sides etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of motor of exhaust fan upto 300mm sweep metallic body 230 Volts 50Hz 900RPM (ISI Marked) with copper winding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of motor of exhaust fan from 300mm to 450mm sweep metallic body 230 Volts 50Hz 900RPM (ISI Marked) with copper winding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of old unserviceable outer metallic body of exhuast fan alongwith connected support arm and body frame of size upto 300mm sweep including all fitments such as screws, gasket cover canopy of both side etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of old unserviceable outer metallic body of exhuast fan alongwith connected support arm and body frame of size from 300mm to 450mm sweep including all fitments such as screws, gasket cover canopy of both side etc complete all as specified and directed.
