Excavation for roadwork/land development /Area Grading work in all kinds of soils with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting within airport premises, with all lifts and leads etc complete and as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 80mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -40 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved s;ze, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of Msand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (i)1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (i)1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. (non-modular size & type) brick of class designation 50 in foundation and plinth in : (i) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 M-sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :(i)1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (i)40 mm nominal outer dia Pipes

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) : (i)40 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. External Work using 62.50 mm nominal inner dia Pipes

Providing and fixing G.I. Union in G.I. pipe including cutting and threading the pipe and making long screws etc. complete (New work) : 65 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) : 65 mm nominal bore
