M&L for flame proof sub main wiring concealed using Four single core PVC insulated, FRLSH, stranded copper conductor cable any height ( 4m to 16m ) of size 4 Sqmm for sub main wiring, along with one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated, FRLSH, Stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuity conductor in and including 25 mm dia medium grade steel conduit fixed on wall/ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Four run of single core PVC cable with one run of earth wire and one run of steel conduit together shall be measured as one unit.

Supplying & fixing of flame proof, switch socket & plug combined made of aluminum alloy LM-6 having 2 pole + earth suitable for 250 volts supply and current rating of 25 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Chemical earthing with copper earth plate 90cmx60cmx5mm & copper earth strip 32x6 mm complete buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 3.10 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 2.10 mtr below ground level), connecting to copper strip 32mm x 6mm thick main earth lead by means of tinned copper / brass bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers besides brazing at all joints all as directed and connected to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, earth electrode, earthing lead from electrode to test point, made of phosphorous brongze/gun metal of size 75mmx75mmx25mm dril and screwed including 03 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screwed, adequate quantity of charcoal dust & common salt in alternate layers of 100mm thick all around the plate, under and above the plate and returning, filling of earth spread levelled, watered and compacted to required level, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast 40mm thick RCC cover of (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia MS round bar handle, GI medium watering pipe 25mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 40 mm bore GI light grade earth lead protection pipe complete all as specified and directed . Note :- (i) copper strip 32mm x 6mm and GI pipe medium grade, up to 7.5mtr shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted for earthing. (ii) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil strata shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted for earthing.

Supply and laying of Copper earth strip 32x6 mm from existing point to the test bench including necessary connections with nut &bolt complete all as specified and directed.
