Taking down old roof treatment of any description incl scrube and loose concrete, plaster, bitumen, oil grases and any other materials that might effect adhesion by wire brushing the surface and cleaning of the surface throughly with water and disposed off old materials complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 with WPC and finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 ( using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding/ base on roof to maintain proper slope complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Priming the surface with Brushbond Roof Guard Primer of FOSROC of FOSROC of equivalent (01 liter of brushbond roof guard mexed with three litres of water and applying three coats of Brushbond RFX for 1mm DFT thickness @ 0.5 lit/sqm/coat, the waterproofing coating shall be brushbond roof guard is a single component acrylic polymer modified, fibre reinforced high build and easy roller applied, brushable coating available in different colours for application in multiple layers, minimum 3 layer application is recommended for best performance. Product shall have 70% minimum solid content, min 100% elongation, permeability as per BSEN 12390 part 8. The product is designed to be easily mixed on site using a slow speed drill fitted with a mixing paddle and then applied to the substrate using a brush or roller for best results complete as per manufacturers specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing PVC tanks of capacity exc 250 & n exc 500 ltrers, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and form mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing the same in position and restore water supply to accommodation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for 15 mm bore steel water tubing galvanised 15mm bore, medium grade fixed to walls and ceiling or in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair for 20mm bore steel water tubing galvanised, medium grade fixed to walls and ceiling or in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair for 25 mm bore steel water tubing galvanised, medium grade fixed to walls and ceiling or in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any position including all quoins, arches & pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) single socketed rain water pipe 100mm bore in any length with rubber ring joints incl all necessary fittings and fixed to walls/roof incl brackets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 13 above but 75mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
