Material and labour preparation of plastered or un-plastered old decorated surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paints on wall complete all as specified and directed

Taking down existing unserviceable point wiring of any description/type/ size of light/ fan/tube/power/two way/bell point etc on TW batten/conduit including removal of batten / conduit / gutties / wooden boards / switches / sockets / regulators/ light fittings etc and removal of unserviceable material out of site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling so as to match with the existing finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the existing unserviceable main switch / cut out / DBs of any type / capacity / description as per existing at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes complete all as specified and as directed.
