Material and labour for carrying out comprehensive maintenance of EOT crane of capacity 5 Ton every month which includes checking the serviceability and make serviceable by identifying the serviceable/unserviceable parts for renewal and change unserviceable parts to make it fully functional at designed RPM & torque, reassembling in the same position, testing, electrically and mechanically to its load capacity etc. by employing adequate skilled persons. The item also includes attending emergent breakdown or specific visit necessitated due to inspection or operational requirement all as per site requirement complete as specified and/ or as supply only as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(iii) CROSS TRANSVERSE (a) Gear box oil level check and filling with required oil and rectification of leakages if any. (b) Assembly vibration. (c) Break adjustment. (d) Cross transverse wheel - checking for any noise. (e) Geared couplings - grease checking and nut tightening. (f) Checking of Hydraulic oil in thrustor brake. (g) Checking of electric motor connections. (h) To check the cut-off at extreme ends with the limit switch. (iv) HOIST MOTION (a) Gear box oil level check and filling with required oil and rectification of leakages if any. (b) Assembly vibration. (c) Break adjustment. (d) Grease checking for the main bearings of the Rope Drum. (e) Geared couplings - grease checking and nut tightening. (f) Checking of Hydraulic oil in thrustor brake. (g) Checking of electric motor connections. (h) Checking wire rope for any damage & greasing. (j) Adjustment of the rotary limit switch. (k) Bearing grease checking of the Hook.

(v) ELECTRICAL NETWORK (a) Checking the contactors for overheating or flashing. (b) General checking of contacts and connections. (vi) DOWN SHOP LEAD (a) Checking the alignment and rectification. (b) Cleaning of the moving/sliding objects.

Supply only Brass gears (as per existing gear/ sample) duly casted/fabricated and cutting teeth as required suitable to accommodate in the crane Gear Box along with supply of Tapper Roll bearing of suitable size for the 5 Ton capacities/ sizes of cranes. Make : SKF/NBC or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Supply only Gear Oil (20W40) suitable for crane gear box. Make : - Servo/ Castro/HP/MAC.

Supply only in sealed container packing grease suitable for crane gear box. Make : SKF/CASTROL/BOSCH.

Supply only Oil seal (as per sample) suitable for crane gear box complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only steel wire first quality 12 mm dia fixed in support of EOT crane cable support complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only break coil 415 V, 50Hz, 4 pole type CN 12F 25 Amp suitable for existing unserviceable coil of Make Havells Cat No HPAC012100 or equivalent make in L&T/HPL.

Supply only brake liner of LT/CT/Hoist brake lining suitable for 5 Ton capacity EOT crane.
