SH: 1. Construction of Retaining Walls

Earthwork in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations of drains, pipes cables etc. over areas not exceeding 1.50 mtr in width & 10 sqm on plan Soil = 70% (35% Manual means, 35% Mechanical means), OR = 30%

P/L in positon cement concrete of specified grade 1:3:6 in foundation including cost of formwork using 40mm nominal size

P/L in positon cement concrete of specified grade 1:2:4 using 20mm nominal size crushed including cost of formwork

Random Rubble stone masonry with hard nallah stone in foundations upto plinth with 1:6 cement mortar

SH:2 Construction of B/Wall

Clearance of land slides/boulders in soil,ordinary rock nd hard rock including loading & unloading of extra carriage and haulage of materials by tipper for all leads and lifts.

SH 4: Clearance of Snow

Clearance of snow from Km 0.00 TO 19.600 KM

SH: 5. WBM- III & Bituminious Macadam & Bituminous Concrete.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.(Thickness=75mm)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction(Thickness=50mm)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects(Thickness=30mm)

SH: 6. Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with Bituminous concrete

Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with Bituminous concrete, 30mm. Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2
