Dismantling of flexible pavement (bituminous courses) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material up to a lead of 1 kilometre, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition below G.L. upto 1.50 Metres depth and disposal of unserviceable materials within 20 metres lead. Un-reinforced cement concrete : above 15 cm. Thickness.

Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work including dressing of side and bed and disposing of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto 1.50 metres disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed: Pick Work:

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring,shutering,strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies,height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs, and removal of the same forinsitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:Foundation, footing bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:: Foundation and plinth.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat Cement. 50mm thick.

Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.50 Sq.M. and under and 10to 15mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and re-plastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within a Lead of 20 metres with:-Cement Mortar 1:4

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces (one coat) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, loose or softened paint.

Extra over item No.8 for every sub sequent coat of water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter :--With Enamel paint other than white

Extra over item No.10 for every subsequent coat of paint With enamel paint other than white

Steel work welded in built up section, trusses & framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed bars, ladders, railing, brackets & similer works.

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement Mortar 1:3 (1Cement:3 Sand).

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
