Procurement of Domestic Coal

The tenderer shall have experience in its/their name in any one of the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 regarding the procurement of 50 percent of the contractual quantity i.e., 1.00 lakh MT of domestic coal contract value of 96.16. crores, from any colliery located and operated in India and transportation of the said quantity of coal by Rail mode to any Thermal Power Station or any industrial unit in India and shall furnish relevant authenticated documents to establish proof of fulfillment as per format at Section -13- Schedule of Experience, duly filled, signed with seal of the Company

The tenderer shall in its name should have during the last five preceding years, i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial annual turnover of not less than Rs.384.64 Crores (Rupees Three Hundred Eighty Four crores and Sixty Four lakhs only) and shall furnish a copy of Audited Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Account Statements duly certified by the Chartered Accountant along with a Certificate as per format in Section-15

The tenderer shall be financially sound and capable of executing high value contracts. As a proof of their financial capacity, the tenderer should furnish a firm and unconditional Letter of commitment for Rs.48.10 Crores (Rupees Forty Eight crores and Ten lakhs only) from any Nationalized bank / scheduled bank / Branches of foreign banks in India valid for minimum of Twelve months, to meet the fund requirement for the procurement and transportation of domestic coal from a colliery in India and transportation of the same by Rail mode to the destination TPS, which shall be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of issue as per KPCL pro-forma at Section-16
