Carrying out day to day operation of water supply system, dewatering pump, fire fighting pump as per the Inventory attached as Annexure-A i.e.Submersible Pumps, Booster pumps, monoblock centrifugal pumps, water softening plant, dewatering pump, fire fighting pumps with all accessories equipments, electrical panels, starter panels, cables, pipes, valves, instruments etc complete etc to ensure smooth running of water supply system as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge and by deploying following manpower 1) Operators – 3 nos. (Round the clock one each in one shift of 8 hrs) 2) Helpers – 1 nos. (In general shift) (Consumables shall be paid separately as item no. 2)

Providing following Consumables for smooth running of water supply system Providing consumables like salt, resin, for running of softener etc as required or as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing following Consumables for smooth running of water supply system Providing miscellaneous material like Gland dori, dhoti, grease etc for the preventive maintenance and cleaning of existing Pumps installed in both pump house etc as required or as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dosing of suitable chlorine for disinfection as required for drinking water including material, manpower, transport etc all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Replacement of activated carbon in activated carbon filter vessel including removal of existing activated carbon from vessel and fillng the new activated carbon (900 iodine coconut shell), opening of vessel, removal of broken/clogged stainers, unloading old media, gasket, loading new media, closing of vessel with testing and commissioning all complete as required.

Replacement of multigrade media in multi grade filter vessel including removal of media and filling with new multigrade media comprising of gravel, pebbles, graded silica sand to remove suspended solids, opening of vessel, removal of broken/clogged stainers, unloading of media, loading of new media closing of vessel with testing & commissioning all complete as required.

Supplying and installation of Anthracite multigrade filter including loading/ refilling with Anthracite etc, as required.

Providing and fixing glisrine gell filled pressure guage 100 mm dia including testing, commissioning the pressure guage suitable for 50 mm dia pipe line complete as required.

Replacement of following items including removal of existing. a) PP Stainers of required mesh size.

Replacement of following items including removal of existing. b) SS nuts and bolts of required size.

Replacement of following items including removal of existing. c) Rubber gasket (Roll of 1.25m x 1m)

Supplying and replacing the Bottom stainer of model 4872 (Pentair) in the existing FRP vessel.

Comprehensive maintenance including routine, preventive, servicing and breakdown maintenance of complete pumps motors of Water supply system, dewatering pumps and motors & fire fighting pumps and motors with all accessories as per inventory as Annexure-A including rewinding, repair / replacement of all spares parts defective parts (Except item no. 11) to ensure functioning of all water supply system, dewatering and fire fighting pumps and motors etc including uplifting and lowering of pumps & motors etc complete as required or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

To carryout the "B" Check of 85/92 HP Diesel Engine of Kirloskar make, Type: 6 R 1080, coupled with Fire Pump testing etc, as required including i) Oil Filter - 01 No. ii) Fuel Filter Set - 01 Set iii) Air Filter Set -01 Set iv) Coolant - 03 Ltrs. v) Replacement of burnt out lube oil with new lube oil (Lube Oil shall be supplied by Deptt. free of cost)
