Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m - all kinds of soil.

Supply of Quarry rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and upto height of 1.5 above ground/bed level.

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with stone aggregates 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and 1.5 metres ground/bed level.

Plain cement concrete m-15 mix with stone aggregates 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.50 metres below ground level and/or 1.50 metres above ground/bed level.

Reinforced cement concrete m-20 mix with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated for reinforced concrete work in slab excluding steel reinforcement, but including centering and shuttering, laid in position.

Cement plaster 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:3

Providing, hoisting and fixing upto plinth level precast reinforced cement concrete for drain cover slab of length varying upto 1.50m of various thickness including the cost required centring, shuttering and finishing smooth with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) on all faces of the slab but excluding the cost of reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. works including bending, binding and placing in position - Thermo Mechanical Treated Bars (ISI brand approved make) Fe - 415 or more.

Raising of intercepting chamber by dismantling the old R.C.C. slab, removing the I.C. cover and frame from the chamber and raising the chamber height with brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement and four sand), refixing the frame in position by laying reinfoced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement one and half sand and three HBG metal) including curing but excluding the cost of reinforcement, finishing the top, inside and outside plastering with 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3(one cement three sand), the rate includes all materials, providing barricading,caution board, watch and ward etc.,complete till the completion of work with minimum hindrance to the traffic.- 30cm height.

Raising of various types of manholes and flushing tank by cutting alround the manhole cover, removing the frame and cover from the manhole by cutting the B.T., W.B.M., surface, raising the manhole to the required height with brick work in cement motar 1:4 (One cement and four sand), refixing the frame in position by laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement one and half sand and three 20mm HBG metal) including curing, but excluding the cost of reinforcement, finishing the top, inside and outside plastering with 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3(one cement three sand), the rate includes all materials, providing barricading,caution board, watch and ward etc.,complete till the completion of work with minimum hindrance to the traffic.- 30cm height.

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing premoulded bitumen joint filler, for expansion joints including the cost of sealing compound and priming coat - 12 mm wide.
