SCHEDULE "A" PART-I (Building / Structures) (To be quoted by the contractor) Bbuilding works mentioned at item NO 1(A), Item No 1(B) & item NO 1(C) is in ENGINEERING PROCUREMENT CONSTRUCTION (EPC) Mode. Contractors has to carry out the detailed engineering design of these building, procure all the equipments and materials necessary and then construct to deliver a fully functional facility to the MES department.

Item No 1 (A) : Designing (Structurally & Aesthetically) and construction of block of Single Men Barracks For Agniveers permanent specification for (G+3) Storey RCC Framed Structure all as per design basis report, detailed in scope of work and other documents of the tender complete all specified and directed.

Item No 1 (B) : Designing (Structurally & Aesthetically) and construction of block of Dining Hall & Anti Room For Agniveers with permanent specification for Storey RCC Framed Structure all as per design basis report, detailed in scope of work and other documents of the tender complete all specified and directed.

Item No 1 (C) : Designing (Structurally & Aesthetically) and construction of block of Cook House For Agniveers permanent specification for Storey RCC Framed Structure complete all as per design basis report, detailed in scope of work and other documents of the tender complete all specified and directed.

Sch 'A' Part-II (External Electric Supply) Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for (External Electric Supply) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II against the lump sum price inserted by the MES.

Sch 'A' Part-II(A) (Internal Water Supply) Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for (Internal Water Supply) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II(A) against the lump sum price inserted by the MES.

Sch 'A' Part-II(B) (Internal Electric Supply) Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for (Internal Electric Supply) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II(B) against the lump sum price inserted by the MES.
