Servicing of HT Breaker 11KV, 3 Phase with cleaning of breaker panel inside out and enclosure, cleaning of VI Housing and breaker spout, tightining of LT terminal of CT/PT and control terminals, CT ratio and insulation test and busber cleaning for following makes:- (a) BIECCO-VB8A-800A-12KV-4 Nos (b) CG-UNTVAC-400A-12KV-4 Nos Note: Spare required for servicing will be measured separately Note: All HT cable and power control wiring disconnection after repair of VCB to be connected with HT cable.

Servicing of On Load Tap Changer of 33/11 KV Power Transformer of capacity 3.2 MVA strip opening of transformer after unscrewing nuts /bolts screws and connected accessories such as breather, conservator tank, temp gauge, taking out the core for replacement of defective parts and transportation back to the site after repairs and installing, connecting up, testing and commissioning at the site complete all as specified and directed. Spare will be measured separately. Notes : - (a) Transformer oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity MS drums to be arranged by the contractor. The said drained out transformer oil shall be refilled in the transformer duly dehydrated after repair and the cost thereof shall be included in unit rate quoted against the respective item of this schedule. (b) Testing of transformer after repair shall be carried out with the following test and the cost of testing shall deem to be included in unit rate quoted against this item
