Waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sqm of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

One coat of acrylic waterbased interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer.

One coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @0.9 ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

Two coats of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology ,Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed. Note for Item No 31 to 36 above (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Cement base paint, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (b.) The contractor shall upload along with the documents under cover-I, ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected.

Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples, fixed in repair, complete all as specifed and direcetd.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillet, complete all as specified and directed..

Supply and fixing E-board Make: Everest, Design "Lake and Hill" of size 605mm x 605mm x 4mm thick white prelaminated set embossed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on hot dipped galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section (White powder coated). The framework shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GS sheet and of size 24 x 32 x 300mm and secured at 1200mm maximum centres securely fixed to structural soffits with hangers of 2mm dia GI wire to be fixed with approved rawl plugs, adjusters and screws. Flush fitting of 1200mmm long cross Tee (with double stiching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm centre to form 1200 x 1600 mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independently. 600mm x 600mm doubles to be formed by fittings 600mm long cross tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19 mm x 19 mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per manufacturers instructions, fixed in reapir, complete all as specified and directed. Fixing only the wall and ceiling board in the existing framework, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The wall and ceiling board to be used shall be reocvered as in item No 38.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE cable insulated, screened, PVC beded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (Heavy Duty) 1100 Volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 4.0 core 35 sq.mm, including taking down, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

GI pipes, light grade, ISI marked, galvanised including short lengths, laid in trenches / fixed to walls / ceilings or laid in floors / laid in ducts / laid under road crossing for cables, complete with all fittings (such as bends, elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions etc.,), including taking down, 40mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Necessary excavation and earthwork for GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m deep and not exceeding 1.5m wide or area not exceeding 10 sq.m on plan and depth not exceeding 1.5 m for foundation, for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc., and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soils, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc., complete all as specified and directed.
