The Railway reserves the right to place orders for entire or bulk quantity on firms having proven satisfactory past performance of supply of same/similar items for at least 20% of tender quantity in preceding three years against single order as per clause 16.4 of GTC.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Inspection by TPI.

Guarantee/Warranty certificate is required to be submitted at the time of supply of material.

Guarantee/Warranty as per IRS condition of contract i.e. 30 months from the date of supply or 24 Months from the date of commissioning which is earlier.

1. Only OEM or their authorized dealers will be able to quote. 2. Guarantee/Warranty should be 30 months from the date of supply of material and Guarantee / warranty/Testing certificate is required to be submitted at the time of supply of material. 3. Bidder have to upload product specification as per annexure attached. 4. Purchase Preference to MII as per Cl. 28 of ER GTC. 5. Purchase Preference to MSE as per Cl. 23 of ER GTC.

Tenderers should upload self certified copy of the specification attached. Failing which, the offers will be summarily rejected.

Make/Brand should be clearly mentioned with the offer. No other Make/Brand apart from the ones mentioned in specification will be accepted.
