Make Bajaj, SABSE TEZZ EE 03. Model No 251120 or equivalent make and model specified in particular specification.

Supply and fixing of Storage type water heater 25 Ltrs BEE 5 star rated complete incl steel wired pipe for hot/cold water connection for inlet and out let water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Exhaust fans steel body AC single phase AC single phase 230/ 240 V of size 300 mm sweep with louvers fixed outside with all accessories and fixing the exhaust fan from ceiling rose with 3 core flexible copper wire 24/0.20 sqmm , etc all as specified and as directed. Make: Bajaj cat No: 70069, MAXX AIR or equivalent makes and model specified in particular specification.

Supply and fixing of Exhaust fans steel body AC single phase 230/ 240 V of size 380/400 mm sweep with louvers fixed outside with all accessories and fixing the exhaust fan from ceiling rose with 3 core flexible copper wire 24/0.20 sqmm , etc all as specified and as directed. Make: Bajaj cat No : 70067, SUPREME PLUS or equivalent make and model specified in particular specification.

Supply and fixing of Exhaust fans steel body AC single phase 230/ 240 V of size 450 mm sweep with louvers fixed outside with all accessories and fixing the exhaust fan from ceiling rose with 3 core flexible copper wire 24/0.20sqmm , etc all as specified and as directed. Make: Bajaj cat No: 70064, SUPREME PLUS or equivalent makes and model specified in particular specification. Notes for Sl item No 3 to 5:- Making holes in walls wherever required will be measured and paid separately).

Material and Labour for Writing of MES No. with unit name on ceiling fans using of enamel paints or of stencil with painting complete all as specified and as directed.

Point Wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded with FRLS copper conductor conforming to IS 694 drawn through and incl non-metalic rigid PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked incl accessories incl GI/ MS branded sunken boxes of suitable concealed on walls including modular frame and cover of suitable module fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for housing modular type switches, switch socket outlets, fan regulators etc., incl provision of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, all as specified and as directed for the following :- (a) One fan/exhaust point controlled by one switch/regulator

(b) One 3 pin socket out let 5 A on same board

(c) One 3 pin socket out let 5 Amps on independent board

Wiring complete with 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded with FRLS copper conductor conforming to IS 694 drawn through and incl non-metallic PVC conduit medium density ISI marked incl accessories concealed type run on walls/ ceiling incl MS terminal boxes fabricated with 1.6 mm thick MS sheet concealed on walls with plastic laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for housing the switches, switch socket outlets, fan regulators etc., including provision of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, all as specified and as directed. Note for Item No 1 to 2 :- (i) The earth wire for the points in the same circuit can be looped from point to point. (ii) Earth wire shall be taken inside the conduit. (iii) Cost of terminal box is deemed to be included in the item rate quoted for point wiring. (iv) Cost of a circuit of any length of cable from DB to any switch/ socket board to be included in point wiring.

Supply and fixing of Switch piano flush type single pole one way 6 Amps all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing of Socket outlet 2 in 1, 3 pin 5 A all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing of Ceiling rose, surface Bakelite type 65 x 50 mm, 2 to 3 terminals all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing of Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin 5 and 15 Amps flush type universal all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for cutting the existing stone/Brick wall and making hole for fixing of exhaust fan of size 300 mm dia and finishing the portion with necessary plastering and whitewashing complete all as directed. Note- Quoted rate deemed to be include Opening of wall and making good the disturbed surface and all necessary fixing arrangement including nut, bolt and washers all as specified and as directed
