Providing and laying four courses water proofing treatment with bitumen felt over roofs consisting of first and third courses of blown bitumen 85/25 or 90/15 conforming to with bitumen felt over roofs consisting of first and third courses of blown bitumen 85/25 or 90/15 conforming to IS: 702 applied hot @ 1.45 kg/sqm of area for each course, second course of roofing felt type 3 grade-I (Hessian based self finished bitumen felt) and fourth & final course of stone grit 6mm & down size or pea-sized gravel spread at 6 cubic decimeters per square metre including preparation of surface but excluding grading complete with: 23.8.1 Bitumen felt (Hessian based) type 3grade I conforming to Is : 1322 including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 mix (1 Cement: 2 course sand: 4 graded crushed Stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level, incl carriage of all materials involved.

Structural steel work welded in built up section, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position & applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. all complete.

Providing and fixing of following fittings/ Pipes of approved make as directed by EIC.

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means in 1:6 cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mtrs lead (in cement mortar).

15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half Brick wall of mix: 1:4 mix (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Providing and applying white cement based plaster of paris average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (as directed by the EIC at site).

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer. Including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing / fixing powder coated aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z- sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS :733 and IS :1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C. P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer in charge (including glazing and paneling)for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required including all fittings complete.

Providing wood work KD, in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and lenth.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick windows shutters of kail wood including glazing including ISI marked black enameled M.S. butt hinges and other fixtures complete.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick wire gauze window shutters of KD wood including glazing including ISI marked black enameled M.S. butt hinges and other fixtures complete.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey of approved brand and manufacture on wood work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade two or more coats on new work.

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 course sand) with RCC top slab with 1:2:4, foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix ( 1 cement: 4 course sand : 8 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) inside plastering 12mm thick cement mortar 1 : 3 ( 1 cement : 3 course sand) finishing with floating coat of neat cement slurry of size 45x45x45cm complete and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 course sand : 4 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size) complete as per standard design, inside size 45x45 cm and 45 cm deep including C. I. cover with frame (light duty) 45x45cm including all carriages and cost of material involved.
