Dismantling and taking down the existing defective building security light /panel light/flood light /post top latern fitting of any type and any capacity fixed at any height by replacing UNSV part including perpex cover checking loose connection etc, restroration of electric supply, detecting and repair of UG cable fault whenever required round the clock all as directed at site on daily complaint basis.

Supply and fixing of Building Security light LED type of capacity 25 W comprising with Pressure die cast aluminium housing IP 66 protection with all accessories internally prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted copper conductor cable of suitable size including bracket made of 40mm dia GI light grade pipe of 1.2m long bent to shape fixed with suitable MS clamps, bolts, nuts and washers duly painted complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old complete and Material and labour sub main wiring with 2.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, two single core, 1100 Volt grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 2.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volt grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 20 mm dia, medium grade complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories concealed into wall by cutting of chases in wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces to matched and finised with existing surface are included in the ratecomplete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in Replacement air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long incl taking down old aluminium rod all as specified and directed..

Supply and fixing Aluminium strip 25 x 3mm with and including ceramic/porcelain vitreous insulator (at not more than 100cm c/c) for base of suitable size and saddles and fixing screws, nut bolts with washer etc. for fixing the strip on roof surface/along wall surface or drawn through pipe as earth grid and down conductor of lightening protection system of building/ESHs at any height complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in Replacement copper strip 20 x3.15 mm including ceramic/porcelain vitreous insulator (at not more than 100cm c/c) for base of suitable size and saddles and fixing screws, nut bolts with washer etc. for fixing the strip on roof surface/along wall surface or drawn through pipe as earth grid and down conductor of lightening protection system of building/ESHs at any height complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in Replacement GI strip 25X4 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for main earth lead above ground level incl taking down old strip all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing white porcelain ceramic insulator with nut, bolt and washers for fixing eathing strip on wall/ceiling/roof all as directed incl taking down old unserviceable insulator.

M&L for New earthing pit by making cement concrete pit PCC 1:3:6 type C2 with RCC precast slab 80mm thick with handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS rod specified in plate No -02 of SSR part-I after dismantling of brakon pit one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F light grade GI tubing size of 40mm bore including bend , socket , tee with proper MS clamp, screw fixed to wall for pipe complete to all as specified and directed

Note:- (i) Necessary safety measures to be taken by the contractor while taking down and fixing the materials. (ii) Any damage to govt property while executing the work is to be make good by the contractor. (iii) The cost of scaffolding arrangement laddars,safety belt,lifting ,Nut bolt, drilling , rowl plug and T&P in all respect used while fixing the materials will borne by the contractor himself. (iv) Taking down all materials will be deposited at the E/M store of AGE E/M-IV (v) The above said work based on daily complaint based work and contractor as to take daily complaint from MES complaint cell and concern JE (E/M) on daily basis. (vi) Contractor has to attand the complaint within 24 hours after received complaint from from JE (E/M).
