Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
50mm thick Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
M & L for designing, providing fabricated, assembling and erection of pre stressed special Arch Membrane roofing structure with MS tubular frame work ( As per IS structural steel ) in desired profile as per conceptual drawing with type II Precontraint as per manufacturing and supplying standards by Serge Ferrari/Mehler/Verseidag/Sioen. The membrane should confirm to the manufacturing and supplying standards by being pre stretched in both weft and weft direction manufacturing to perform best dynamic stability in both warp and warp direction with approved installers and manufacture for Arch roofing with and atleast two executed job reference in this connection. The fabric must be of HT polyester yarns 1100D tex coated with uniform 230 micron PVC coating over the polyester yarn. The top quote over the PVC must be of height concentration with easy clean availability and superior white pigmentation of the membrane. The dimensional stability of the fabric should be measure as per elongation test of 24 hrs - 10DAN / 5cm which should confirm < 1 % - < 1 % ( EN15977 ) and residual elongation should confirm < 0.4 % -0.4% ( EN15977 ) ensuring dimensional stability in both weft and warp direction, minimum weight should be 900 to 950gm per sqm (EN ISO 2286-2), 4200/4000 N / 50mm (EN ISO1421 ) and tear strength of 550 / 500N ( DIN53363 ) and with a guarantee of 10 yrs ( with non depreciating guarantee for first three years ) from the manufacturer, pole to pole spacing of the fabric should be as Arch drg, Plan area of covering used for Cantilever car parking Chargeable area will be fabric surface area inducing the measurement of the fitting used for fixing the civil drawing of foundation will be provided by the supplier and the foundation if any shall be made by contractor.
Srl item No 04 Contd … Measurement for payment shal be taken as tensile febric area. The wind pressure report along with foundation drawing shall be provided by the supplier / contractor for future reference as per direction of Engr-in-Charge approved by GE. Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Min wt of membrane will be 3.5 Kg/Sqm and bonded completely to the surfaces with min end overlap of 15 cms and side lap 75 mm (overlaps to be bounded with thermo fused by flame) and over APP applying one coat of hot blown bitument 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.5 Kg/Sqm all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing treatment will be done by manufacturer of APP membrane or through their authorised specialized agency which will further have to give a five years warranty for rectification of any defect if incurred at a later stage, otherwise no payment shall be made to the contractor if water proofing treatment is executed otherwise.
Preparation of old plaster surfaces of walls and ceiling and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (white/tinted), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in slab, shelves etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

LED light fitting 1x9W/1X10W bulkhead luminaries including LED light driver holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Sheet metal enclosure MCB distribution board single pole & neutral 240 volts 4 way with IP-43 degree of protection double door complete with appropriate size bus bar and neutral link, fixed flush in wall including chases to wall for fixing DB and making good distributed wall surfaces to match with existing specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
MCB Single Pole, 230 Volt, Rating 10 to 40 Amps, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
MCB Single Pole and Neutral, 230 Volt, Rating 63 Amps, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including 4mm dia galvanized iron wire lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized standard iron or steel all as specified or indicated in electrical plate No 3 of MES Part-I, including testing on completion including the material and labour and taking out old unserviceable earthing of the following :- (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1. (c) Precast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than 1.87 Kg/Sqm. (d) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore medium grade and copper lugs etc all as specified.
Srl item No 92 Contd … (e) 15 mm nominal bore light grade GI protection pipe 7.5 mtr long for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering. (f) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (g) Testing of earthing. Note : On testing after completion of earthing, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Air terminations Single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long with necessary fixing arrangements on roof, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8mm dia 25 mm hexogonal head screw complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Rectangular PVC insulators for copper strip complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Copper Strip 20 x 3.15mm and fixing with screws as continuous lead from Copper air termination rod to test point ternimal as down conductor, roof conductor and continuous earth lead to test point terminal including taking down of old rusted complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All the jonts shall be made with copper brazing to get proper conductivity
Earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 3.15mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level) connected with and including to copper strip as earth wire 20 x 3.15 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass all as shown in elelctrical plate No 3 including charcoal dust, common salt, 20mm bore GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI light grade protection pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC Pit in 1:2:4 type B 1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with angle iron 40x40x5mm frame, RCC pit cover of suitable size complete all as specified and directed and Testing for required value complete. Note :- (i) Item include the cost of earth lead and GI protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr length. (ii) On completion of Earthing Contractor should check Earthing Results and submit the Test Report to Engr-in-charge. If desired results are not obtained then Earthing shall be redone by the contractor at his own cost.
GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia along the wall/ in trenches/ in duct / in culvert /road crossing and including provisioning of suitable mild steel flat iron clamps and bolts, nuts and double washers etc for holdining of GI pipe alongwith poles, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
