Supply of 11.00meters long R.C.C. Pole as per drawing No.CEE E 698 Rev (2) and conforming to IS 785(1998) as amended upto date. The Component used for pole shall conform to following IS amended upto date. Ordinary Port land cement 53 grade IS 12269 Aggregate IS 383 1970 Torsteel IS 1786 7985 MS bar IS 432 P 1 and 2 1982 Erection includes transportation, dragging of pole to the site of pit, clearing of bushes etc and excavation of pit of Size 0.60 x 0.60 x 1.5 mts in any type of soil and back filling the pit after erection of the pole in pit by rubble and excavated soil as shown in the Drg No. EE IV LT9.0RCC. Supply of 12KV rated voltage GOAB switches tilting type, outdoor, manually operated, triple pole, single break, conforming to IS 9921 Part1 to V as amended upto date and detailed specifications. Each set shall comprise of six pedestal and three tilting post insulators. Insulator should be factory cemented by the manufactures of the insulators and have minimum 320mm creepage distance and AB switches contacts shall be of copper or copper alloy. The AB switch shall be of current rating 200 A. The isolators shall be as per technical specification.
Supply of 11KV H.G. Fuse (set of three HG fuses) units 200 Amp as specified in DRG No CEE E 786 Revision and as per detailed technical specifications.
Supply of 9 KV, 5KA nominal discharge current Metal Oxide gapless distribution class lightning arrestor conforming to IEC 60049 4 and IS 3070 Part 3 1993 as amended upto date suitable for 11 KV 50 HZ effectively earthed neutral system with necessary mounting arrangements and connector suitable to connect ACSR conductor upto overall diameter 12.30 mm. The box shall be fabricated with MS sheet 12 gauge with overlapping rain proof slit ventilators on both sides of the distribution box with wire mesh to prevent entry of insects with pin head door hinges locking arrangement and shall have required number of bus bars made out of Aluminium strips of size 40 x 10mm for connecting MCCB, fuses and cables (for 4 feeder arrangement) and other accessories. The box shall also have 'magnetic hold' arrangement to ensure that the box doors always remains in 'closed' position when shut even without latching.

Supply of ACSR ' Weasel ' conductor of size 6 or 1 or 2.59mm. The stringing rate includes transportation, jointing, jumpering with aluminium tape etc. 3.31 Kms of the conductor shall be used for stringing of 11 KV line, 0.28Kms for providing guarding and 0.25 Kms shall be used for jumpering on DP. The remaining 0.4 Kms of conductor shall be used for earthing of transformer centre which includes crimping of lugs and terminating the conductor to all the equipments of the DP with the lugs of appropriate size. L shape flat 40mm suitable for mounting on bushing rod and brass lug
Erection of single core, 185sq.mm, unarmoured Al conductor PVC insulated 1.1KV grade power cable as per Technical Specification and as per IS:7098 (Part I 1988) with latest amendment carrying ISI mark.

Removing the existing transformer and re erecting the same.
Removing of DT Metering Unit alongwith modem as per technical specification.
Re fixing of DT Metering Unit alongwith modem as per technical specification.
Removing of the existing 7.5 m RCC pole and handing over to Sub Divisional Engineer against acknowledgement as per technical specification.
Removing of the existing 9.0 m RCC pole and handing over to Sub Divisional Engineer against acknowledgement as per technical specification.
Removing of the existing 11.00m RCC pole and handing over to Sub Divisional Engineer against acknowledgement as per technical specification.
Removing and re fixing of the existing service connection single phase.
Removing and re fixing of the existing service connection three phase.
Removing of the existing main cable of sizes 3 and half Core 240sq.mm or 185sq.mm or 120sq.mm and handing over the same to the concerned Sub Divisional Engineer against acknowledgment.
Removing of the existing feeder cable of sizes 3 and half Core 185sq.mm or 120sq.mm and 90sq.mm and 35sq.mm and handing over the same to the concerned Sub-divisional Engineer against acknowledgment.
Removing of 4 Pin cross arms assembly with Clamps, Nut and Bolt as per technical specification.
Removing of 2 Pin cross arms assembly with Clamps, Nut and Bolt as per technical specification.
Removing of LT shackle insulator and handing over to the concerned Sub Divisional Engineer against acknowledgement.
Removing of LT Pin Insulator and handing over to the concerned Sub Divisional Engineer against acknowledgement.
Removing of the existing Old deteriorated ANT conductor as per technical specification.
Removing of the existing Old deteriorated GNAT conductor as per technical specification.
Removing of old existing distribution box as per technical specification.
Removing of old existing GOAB switch and handing over the same to the concerned Sub Divisional Engineer against acknowledgment.
