Taking down chowkat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc. 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts, dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damages to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
