Taking down carefully copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power point ) complete including fitting such as hylem , sheet switches, ceiling rose, pendent holder sockets, regulator except concealed conduit and sunken boxes etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.The weight of aluminium scrap and copper scrap for schedule of credit shall be ascertain by BOO as ordered by GE.The copy of BOO duly countersinged by GE shall be enclosed with final Bill.

Material and labour for point wiring in existing concealed conduit complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable (ISI marked) for one light point /fan point controlled by one switch including 1.5 sqmm single core multi stranded FRLSH copper earth wire to common earth and connecting to earth dolly and existing MS Sunken box and including new 3 mm thick laminated sheet ISI Marked for mounting of switches and socket fan regulator, for light/fan/bell point etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply , fixing and Testing New gerneration energy saving & long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium IP 65 luminaire with high power LED of 25 watt with toughened glass complete suitable for direct mounting on pipe bracket, fixing on wall with and including brackets made out of 40mm bore GI tubing light grade 1.20mtr long with suitable bent to shape at 120 degree angle at half metre from bottom (as per sample), fixing with MS clamp (02 Nos) and nut bolts, including before fixing applying two coats of aluminium paint on bracket and clamp over a coat of red oxide primer, including making electric connection with using twin core copper cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down existing unservicable wall mounted circulated type fan 450mm sweep from site shifted to the fan repair workshop for repairing and rewinding the burnt copper windings as per existing gauge of wires and varnishing and replace the old unserviable connected accessories and greasing and painting of wall mounted fans and refixing the same after repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. Notte: Schedule of credit of copper scrap shall be ascertained by BOO and same shall be enclosed with finall bill duly counter signed by GE.

Supply and fixing in replacement IP 65 flood light with and including high power LED 70 Watt 6000K complete as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note: Cost of making arrangements for replacing the light fitting at hanger roof/ wall or any position directed by the Engr in Charge, deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Material and labour for repairing / servicing and making functional of faulty constant current regulator (CCR) panel by replacement of main control card, 10mfd 440V capacitor, 32 A contactor, rotary switches, 2 P 8 way, HRC fuses including all other unserviceable parts of panel which required for making smooth functional of panel and testing and connections on load complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for repairing / servicing and making functional of faulty sliding hanger door motor / gear box as per site including all other unserviceable parts of motor / gear box which required for making smooth functional of sliding door and testing and connections on load complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Cost of worn out gear teeth / winding of motor,bearing etc is included in this job and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material and labour for repairing / servicing and making functional of faulty reley panel of motor / gear box as per site including all other unserviceable parts of relay panel which required for making smooth functional of sliding door and testing and connections on load complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Cost of worn out wire,relay of any capacity,fuses wiring of panel etc is included in this job and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Supply and fixing in replacement VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) of existing make for motor in relay panel as per existing size & capacity making electrical connection with using suitable copper conductor cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement industrial type power socket of 63A (3P+N) capacity making electrical connection with using suitable copper conductor cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement industrial type power socket of 32A (2P+N) capacity making electrical connection with using suitable copper conductor cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED aviation light 15 Watt luminaires fitting complete fitted at the hanger roof with provn of twin core copper cable 23/0.0076 mm in steel PVC conduit after providing necessary clamps incl taking down unserviceable obstruction lights. Note: Cost of making arrangements for replacing the light fitting at hanger roof or any position directed by the Engr in Charge, deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing in replacement of landing T-lights as per existing make fixed in landing T of Halipad in existing panel by replacement of 5 watt LED, base E-27 and glass with gasket including base frame and minor repair/loose connection including wiring complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repalcement Halogen Lamp 200 Watt (Equivalent flux of LED bulb) single phase 230V AC in Blue/Yellow/red colour lights for runway light complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Aviation obstruction light built in 75 VA step up transformer, heat resistant, clear thick glass including accessories with neon lamp 75 VA in Blue/Yellow/red colour lights as per manufracturer's instruction and making electrical connection with using suitable copper conductor cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Bi-Directional Elevated type high Intensity Guidance to a pilot landing or taking off in either direction runway light fitting of helogen lamp 200 Watt, 6.6 Amp rating / suitable flux light fitting complete with base frame, lamp and lenses, lens holder, lens clamping mechanism, pre focus lamp holder, central colmn assemebly, breakable coupling, gasket , two pin secondary leads, base plate with 6 Nos. stainless steel bolts, spring and plain washer, light fitting full compliance should be achieve as per ICAO including its connection of UG cable works complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacmement elevated type 7.5 W medium intensity runway light Halogen fitting/suitable flux fitting complete with 7.5 W lamp and all accessories complete omni directional blue lense, lamp holder, lense clamping mechanism, pre-focus lamp holder, central column assembly, breakable coupling, gaskets two pin secondry leads, base plate with 6 Nos. stainless steel bolts spring and plain washer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & Fixing in replacement Weather proof IP65, 5KV grade plug and socket receptacle of type I class B and connector suitable for field attachement of 6 sqmm 5 KV grade cable PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core copper conductor cable as required and conforming to the specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying Air Field Lighting primary cable 6 sqmm PVC / XLPE insulated, sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable single core for airfield lighting conforming to IS 1554 drawn through in and including Material & Labour for Double wall corrugated HDPE pipe pipe of size 50/38sqmm with necessary connecting material ie snapfit coupler etc including taking down existing aluminium/copper cable and pipe of any type and size with connected items from trench complete all as specified.Note:- One run of cable and one run of DWC HDPE pipe shall be measured as one unit.Note :- (i) Only Excavation, Returning filling and removing soil shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.)

Note :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, brick protection, cutting of road and pipe shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.)

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, taking out old pipe and laying new pipe line, for taking out of LT under ground cable and laying of cables or pipes (where provided) for protection of cable or fixing poles and stays etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and filling sand cushioning with dry and clean fine river sand, over and under the under ground cables in trenches, ducts for cable protection including consolidation, 80mm thick to the authorized width as per SSR–Part-I before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- For measurement purpose puned thickness shall be measured and paid i.e 18cm.)

Returning and filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying Best quality, locally available, sub class ‘B’ Burnt clay bricks (Old Size) for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing GI tubing, light grade, 40 mm bore for cable protection, earth strip/earth wire protection in trenches, under floor etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for aluminum strip 25mm x 3.0 mm fixed over epoxy bus bar insulator/ saddles of suitable size and fixing screws for roof and down conductor above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess ro chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required Copper Strip 20mm x 3.15 mm complete all as specified and dirceted.

Material & Labour for test point of MS sheet with arrangement and including of terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75mm x 75mm x 25 mm , drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer - in-charge.

Supply & Fixing air termination single pointed aluminum rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level), with top edge of the plate vertically to depth of not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to and incl GI wire 4 mm dia and GI pipe 15 mm dia light grade for protection to the extent of 7.5 m as earthing lead by means of GI bolts and nuts etc. connecting to equipment with provn of charcoal and salt etc all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I incl PCC cover and watering arrangement with GI medium grade pipe 20 mm dia and MS funnel, concrete pit incl excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing on completion etc complete( Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5m away from earth pit pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.)

Material & Labour for earthing with copper plate electorde of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level), with top edge of the plate vertically to depth of not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level sourrounded from all sides with alternate layers of coal dust and common salt, connected to and with and including copper strip as size 20mm x 3 mm earth lead connected by menals of brass bolts, nuts washer & check nuts etc conneted to earth test point/main conktrol board incl 20mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection to extent 7.5 mtr as earthing lead and GI medium grade pipe 20 mm bore for watering including proviuding funnel and wire mesh, 10mm thick CI cover hanged to CFI frame PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded sone aggregates complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I incl excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing on completion etc complete( Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5m away from earth pit pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.)

Note:- Net contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of Sch of credit.
