Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish /unserviceable material outside of Campus Government of India guidelines/ Engineer-in-charge.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including supply of all Material, labour and T&P etc Complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc.including disposal of unserviceable material outside of Campus Government of India Guide Line/ Engineer-in-charge. (Make - Asian, Nerolac or equivalent )

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface sqm (Make - Asian, Nerolac or equivalent )

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (Make - JK,Asian,Birla or equivalent)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour Old work (Two or more coats) (Make - Asian,Nerolac or equivalent )

Cleaning & Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work including Supply of all material ,Labour and T&P etc Complete.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge .
