Supply, installation, and testing of an Early Streamer Emission (ESE) Air Terminal, designed and tested in accordance with NFC 17-102 standards, with Delta T ( Initiation Advance ) time tested and certified by an ILAC-accredited high-voltage test laboratory. The air terminal shall be constructed from corrosion-resistant materials to ensure durability and long-term performance. It shall be installed at the highest point of the structure and mounted on a mast of minimum 5.5 meters or as determined by the initiation advance time (ΔT) calculations, ensuring the required protection radius. The protection radius shall be determined as per NFC 17-102, based on the level of risk protection required (Levels I to IV), with proper Earthings integration for effective lightning dissipation. ES-60 Triggering Advance Time (ΔT) -60µs, Protection Radius (meters) as per Highest Risk 79 Mtr.

Supply, fabrication, and installation of a galvanized iron (GI) pipe support structure ( Lightning Mast ) with a 350 mm × 350 mm base plate and 10 mm thickness for secure mounting. The mast shall support the ESE air terminal and include provisions for a guy wire clamping system to ensure stability. It shall provide a secure arrangement for fixing the air terminal and have appropriate termination point / arrangement for connection to the down conductor. Total Mast height : 8-10 meter

Supply and installation of an 8 mm aluminum down conductor, designed for efficient dissipation of lightning currents. The conductor shall be securely fixed using corrosion-resistant clamps at appropriate intervals, ensuring a continuous, low-resistance path from the air terminal to the earthing system. The conductor length shall be determined based on actual site conditions, with all necessary accessories, including clamps, connectors, and fasteners.
