Construction of SEPTIC TANK with CONVENTIONAL designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in Walls, Base Slab, Baffle Walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent Shaft, Manhole openings with cover connection etc., complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and over all depth of 3 meter for 50 Users complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

Construction of SEPTIC TANK with CONVENTIONAL designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in Walls, Base Slab, Baffle Walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent Shaft, Manhole openings with cover connection etc., complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and over all depth of 3 meter for 100 Users complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

S&F of brass chromium plated central hole mixture 15mm bore, fancy type without popup waste system with 450mm long provided hoses including flange suitable for wash hand basin, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of brass chromium plated sink mixture 15mm bore, wall mounted with 122mm (5") swivel spout, connecting legs including wall flanges, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of flushing jet for pedestal pattern W.C including flexible pipe and brass chromium plated nuts, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 15 mm nominal outer dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 20 mm nominal outer dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

AREA DRAINAGE

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in recharge pit, slotted unplasticized PVC class “A” conforming to IS 13592 including special, OD 160 mm dia, including required fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

M&L for drilling 200 mm dia bore holes by DHT cum rotary method at any depth as in any type of soil maximum upto 100 mtr depth from natural ground level and including removal of surplus soil out side MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of suitable size 90cmx90cmx90cm (internal dimension) with frame of angle iron work of size 45 x 45 x 6 mm and MS sheet cover 3mm thick and locking arrangements and handle duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including all excavation and connected work alongwith dismantling work of old valve pit system and removal of retrieved unserviceable material outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing, installation and commissioning of cast iron sluice valve for 150mm bore pipe, with flanged and drilled ends, any pattern, ISI marked, PN 1.6 class with steel spindle, including providing joints and jointing materials as rubber washers/gaskets with suitble type / size of bolts and nuts, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, installation and commissioning of cast iron sluice valve for 100mm bore pipe, with flanged and drilled ends, any pattern, ISI marked, PN 1.6 class with steel spindle, including providing joints and jointing materials as rubber washers/gaskets with suitble type / size of bolts and nuts, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay pipe ductile iron, S/S including specials, Class "K9" 100mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay pipe ductile iron, S/S including specials, Class "K9" 150mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.
