Outsourcing for services for attending and rectification day to day complaints related to cleaning of all blockage of Nahni trap/floor trap, Gully trap, cleaning of sewage line, manholes, septic tank, soakage well/soakage pit and sewage sump of any size/depth etc to maintain sewage system functional on all working days from 0830 hrs to 1700 hrs (Lunch break from 1300 hrs to 1330 hrs) with manual/pressure cleaning pump and flexible rods and other necessary tools and equipments etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No. 1.00 : (i) Deploying 06 x safaiwala (unskilled) (ii) Material required will be provided by the department. (iii) Complain book & slip, register etc shall be provided by the contractor. (iv) They have to obtain pass from Stn HQ before joining their duties at sub stn. They will be liable to provide identity card if asked by Sentry/any officers in Air Force area. (v) Proper dress of Tradesman and Helper as directed by Engineer-in-Charge will be provided by contractor without any extra cost. (vi) Tradesman will take all preventive measures as per code of practise of EI Rules as well as they should be insured for accident as per labour laws. The Dept will not be responsible for any type of incident. (vii) All the safety equipments related to workmanship will be provided by contractor.

Outsourcing for services for attending day to day complatints for different type of joinery work such as repair to cupboard kitchen, shelves, pelmet box easing of doors ventilators and windows etc fixing/repair/fixing hardwares like tower bolt, handles bolt, door springs etc and repair to GMS/stainless steel wire clothes functional on all working days from 0830 hrs to 1700 hrs (Lunch break from 1300 hrs to 1330 hrs) with necessary tools and equipments etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No. 2.00 : (i) Deploying 04 x Carpenter (skilled) and 04 x mazdoor/mate carpenter (ii) Material required will be provided by the department. (iii) Complain book & slip, register etc shall be provided by the contractor. (iv) They have to obtain pass from Stn HQ before joining their duties at sub stn. They will be liable to provide identity card if asked by Sentry/any officers in Air Force area. (v) Proper dress of Tradesman and Helper as directed by Engineer-in-Charge will be provided by contractor without any extra cost. Outsourcing for services for attending and rectification day to day complaints related to internal water supply & plumbing works such as leakage of bib cock/ pillar cock/stop cock/angle valve of any size, and type inlcuding petty repair to flushing cistern etc like adjusting of syphon pipe, flush handle, float valve and repair to GI/PVC tubing of any size, cleaning of OH tank and minor repair to GI/PVC tubing cleaning of air lock and adjusting the float valve of over head tanks etc as per site requirement functional on all working days from 0830 hrs to 1700 hrs (Lunch break from 1300 hrs to 1330 hrs) with manual/pressure cleaning pump and flexible rods and other necessary tools and equipments etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No. 3.00 : (i) Deploying 04 x Plumber/Pipe fitter (skilled) and 03 x mate pipe fiter/mazdoor (ii) Material required will be provided by the department. (iii) Complain book & slip, register etc shall be provided by the contractor. (iv) They have to obtain pass from Stn HQ before joining their duties at sub stn. They will be liable to provide identity card if asked by Sentry/any officers in Air Force area. (v) Proper dress of Tradesman and Helper as directed by Engineer-in-Charge will be provided by contractor without any extra cost. (vi) Tradesman will take all preventive measures as per code of practise of EI Rules as well as they should be insured for accident as per labour laws. Outsourcing for services for attending and rectification day to day complaints related to cement work such as plastering work, refixing of tiles, pointing of roof, repair to jambs of door, windows, petty repair cement coping & benching of chajjas, repair to brick work in small quantities etc functional on all working days from 0830 hrs to 1700 hrs (Lunch break from 1300 hrs to 1330 hrs) with necessary tools and equipments etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No. 4.00 : (i) Deploying 03 x Mason (skilled) and 02 x Mazdoor. (ii) Material required will be provided by the department. (iii) Complain book & slip, register etc shall be provided by the contractor. (iv) They have to obtain pass from Stn HQ before joining their duties at sub stn. They will be liable to provide identity card if asked by Sentry/any officers in Air Force area. (v) Proper dress of Tradesman and Helper as directed by Engineer-in-Charge will be provided by contractor without any extra cost. Outsourcing for services for attending and rectification day to day electrical complaints including such as detecting defects / fault, tightening loose connection, insulating the naked wire, replacement of fittings, wirring, preventive maintenance etc, ensuring safe and continuity of electric supply round the clock registering complaint from users through mobile phone/sms or manual registering of electrical complaints by deploying electrician having two years experience with ITI qualified certificate in shift basis complete all as specified and directed.

(iii) Complain book & slip, register etc shall be provided by the contractor. (iv) They have to obtain pass from Stn HQ before joining their duties at sub stn. They will be liable to provide identity card if asked by Sentry/any officers in Air Force area. Note for item Nos 1.00 to 5.00 above:- The Government of India vide their Notification No. F.No. 1/36(3)/2019-LS-II dt 23 Sep 2019 has notified minimum fair wages to be paid to the labour. The rate analysis has been done based on minimum fair wages. If the contractor quotes rates less than minimum fair wages, then the fixed deposit/BGB of the difference amount rounded up near one thousand i.e. Amount based on Rate Analysis-Quoted Rates will be deposited for a period not less than 05 years before Acceptance. The Accepting Officer has full power to accept any tender as per rates in vogue
