Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing the sides and levelling the bed of the foundation including cost of all labour required for the work etc. complete with all other T &P required for the work and stacking the excavated materials away from the working area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including 1% Cess.

Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered & rammed with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials labour required for the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including royalty of materials including 1% Cess.

Providing cement concrete M10 (1:3:6) using 40 mm HG Metal in luding cost conveyance of all material,ramming with rammers with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials labour required for the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including royalty of materials including 1% Cess.

R.C.C. M-25 having a minimum compressive strength(in work test) 250 Kg/cm.2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 20mm & down graded size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 28days centering, shuttering, finishing the exposed surfacs inculding ceiling, smooth, providing grooves beads where necessary and providing, required No of fan Hooks as directed including, cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost, of all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of M.S.Rods or Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending, binding and tying grills. a) Column Base Ground Floor
