Amount

Excavating in trenches, for foundation of poles, stays or for laying of cables, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc.50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying factory made un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, type -I, flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning for protection of cable (below, above and around the cable laid in trenchs) all as specified and as directed. Note. Punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for straight through joints heat shrinkable for XLPE/PVC insulated and sheathed aluminum conductor under ground cable 1100 volts 3.5/4 core 185 sqmm to 240 sqmm and testing after jointing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old damaged/defective LT cable from trenches or taking down from poles or taking out from pipes below or above ground level, or for rerouting of cable aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, size 70.00 sqmm 3.5/4 core to 240 sqmm 3.5/4 core and removing unserviceable cable from site of work including taking out cable cover and pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

All as per item No 15 here-in-before above but of size 300.00 sqmm 3.5/4 core to 630 sqmm 3.5/4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT underground cable XLPE insulated and armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 volts grade, heavy duty with multistranded aluminum conductor of size 630 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts/along poles/through pipe under road etc with new aluminum lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT underground cable XLPE insulated and armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 volts grade, heavy duty with multistranded aluminum conductor of size 500 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts/along poles/through pipe under road etc with new aluminum lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT underground cable XLPE insulated and armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 volts grade, heavy duty with multistranded aluminum conductor of size 400 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts/along poles/through pipe under road etc with new aluminum lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT underground cable XLPE insulated and armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 volts grade, heavy duty with multistranded aluminum conductor of size 240 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts/along poles/through pipe under road etc with new aluminum lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying 100mm outer dia, double walled, corrugated HDPE duct pipe conforming to IS- 14930 Pt-II with antirodent and non flame propogating properties of approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable panel and supply, installation,commissioning and testing outdoor type CPRI approved make, floor mounting double door feeder pillar box of size not less than 750 x 750 x 450 mm , fabricated from 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron for base frame, with and incl locking arrangements and locks , one MS sliding bolt 300 mm long fitted on front and back side doors, 04 nos legs 750 mm long made from 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron , dully powder coated, dust/water and water proof , grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 foundation, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire , 50 Hz complete with and including the following:- [a] MCCB FP 200 amps , 415 volts, 50 Hz, 35/36 KA with adjustable thermal and magnetic release and Ics=100% of Icu - 01 No. [b] Earthing terminals 02 Nos and danger notice plate rivetted/pasted on the panel door - 02 Nos. Supply and fix Galvanised steel tubing, light grade, with fittings and MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc of 80 mm dia bore for cable protection on pole, road crossing or ground in pillars for fixing gate light etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Auger boring horizontally under the road in any type of soil without cuttiing/disturbing the existing road and inserting GI pipe of size 80 to 100 mm for drawing the cable complete all as specified.(GI pipe shall be measured and paid seperately.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, PCC chamber (1 : 3 : 6) type C1, CI pit cover and frame , charcol, salt including earth lead protected by 40 mm dia medium grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering complete. Note. Earth lead strip 32 x 6 mm and GI 40 mm dia protecion pipe upto 7.5 mtr length will be deemed to include in the unit rate quoted.

S&F MCCB four pole 630 Amps, 415 volts, 50HZ breaking capacity not less than 52 KA with thermal magnetic release, adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting with spreader links 1cs = 100% of Icu, in replacement (taking down old damaged MCCB) complete all as specified and as directed.
