Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling barbed wire fencing wire mesh complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/ loose soil each not exceeding 0.5cu m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, and removing the surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and making good the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) as in walls, pillars and posts, etc. including caps and bases complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for walling of laterite stone masonry of squared rublbe, regular coursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra over laterite stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20mm to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified of laterite walling un coursed or brought up to the courses complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick plastering work in rendering cement mortar 1:6 on laterite stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work or stone surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) in coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed, with and including use of form work complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix mild steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 in including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised fencing, of mesh size 150mm x 150mm and dia of wire 3.60mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long and diameter of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining in bolt including tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staple or steel pin complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Each line of wire to be measured separately.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying three coats of white wash including preparing new plastered surface of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, rafts and raft beams, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams; copings and similar work; vertical or to batter rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.
