Demolition of RCC is ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintel beams etc complete.

Formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges

S/F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to lengths, bent to shape required including cranking bending hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel annealed wire not less than 0.9 mm dia conf to IS-432 all as specified

Ditto ----------------------but 5 mm over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups.

Taking down cement plaster from brick/concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid),ISI marked.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete. Note : Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L 15mm thick Rendring in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L for prepartion new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for prepartion old plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for prepartion new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L 25 mm thick, PCC Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor etc complete .

Demolition of cement concrete n. exc.15 cm in thickness below or above ground level.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc. set and joining in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with shade of tiles , including laid over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick granite slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished ) in steps, floors, jambs, pillar, window cills, cooking platforms and laid on 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite etc.complete all as specified and directed .(Note: Edges of slab shall be rounded off and a hole for gas pipe shall be made on cooking platform etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as directed

Ditto--- as per above itemNo 21 but exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc. 4 Sqm each.

S & F steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handles and steel peg stay complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded etc complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n exc 1.5 m depth and n exc 1.5 m width for foundation etc and getting out for drain including forming & dressing bottom to required slope and shape complete all as specified.

Return filling and ramming including spreadiing leveling watering and well ramming in layiers not exc 25 cm, complete all as specified.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including finished surface even & fair without using extra cement as in plinth protection including necessary form work of edge all as specified and directed. Note: 10mm wide and 75mm deep joints shall be made at 3 mtr intervel and at each corner and the same shall be filled with using bitumen 85/25 and sand in the ratio 1:3.

S&F in position false ceilling comprising of grid system of Armstrong etc for frame work with GI powder coated angle wall runners of size 19 mmX19 mm cross Tee of size 24mmX24mm and main tee of size 34mmX24mm at 60 cm c/c approx to form a grid of 600mmX600mm filled with 12 mm thick tegular edge of insulation Armstrong ceilling tiles of mineral wool rock fibres make of approved designer false ceilling shall be suspended form roof on main runners @ 0.90 mm c/c by means of suitable suspender (average 1.50 mtr length) 4 mm GI wire with adjustable cleats of hook complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm dia MS pipe medium grade, cut to length and fixed to walls for encroaching the ceiling grid including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Cutting holes & making good for fixing shall be measured & paid separately

M&L Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar/cement lime mortar superficial area n.exc. 150 Sq. cm and making good in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as required.

M&L for wall lining of PVC hollow sheet 5-7 mm thick consisting of 20 mm MS hollow square tubes grid and fixed with screws complete all as directed. Make- Syntex/Rajshree.

Dismantling of roof trusses, purlin, rails fastening, etc, of steel section complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in post with or without chamfered angle and flate .splayed ,rounded or mitered top as in boundry piller with emblem of cobra complete all as specified and directed.( Reinforement shall be measured and paid separately)

Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, switch,socket or power, Bell & Two way point) complete with fitting such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose,sketch light fittings etc, and making good the disturbed surface of walls and floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing sub main wiring of any type and description removal of teak wood batten/PVC/pipe etc complete all as specified

Taking down carefully main switches DB's/ MCB DB's and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Point wiring with PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed electric FRLS cable of 1100V single core having multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area & including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ISI marked medium grade not less than 20 mm dia with all conduit accessories in concealed wiring system by cutting of wall and making good disturbed surface of wall (cutting except on ceiling for fan point only, on ceiling instead of pvc conduit surface casing caping will be used) & 1.5 sqmm green PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as a earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs including MS boxes for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc for the following complete all as specified and directed:-
