Improvement to service road of 15th distributary in between RD2.10Km to11.70KM of Rushikulya Irrigation System.

Clearing of grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 metres outside the area with supply of all equipments, tools and plants, labour required for the work including supervision charges and all taxes, cess, excluding GST etc all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of road embankment with approved earth obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts, transporting to site by mechanical means, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement of table 300-2 and Clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge Works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, EMF, DMF & Additional Charges taxes etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, hire and running charges of all machineries, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess excluding GST etc.complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement shall be taken on finished level section)

Providing and laying sub-base including preparing admixture of moorum and sand of approved quality, in proportion (60%moorum and 40%sand) conveying from stack and spreading the admixture in sub-base of road in layers not exceeding 225mm depth watering including cost carriage of water and compacted to required density in OMC condition to proper camber and grade with Vibratory Roller with sufficient number of passes for each layer including hire and running charges of VRR with other machineries and T&P etc complete cost , conveyance, royalties,DMF,EMF & additional charge and all other taxes, cess of all materials excluding GST to the site of work, all leads, lifts , delifts, labour , T&P and supervision charges complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. (Measurement is to be taken on the finished level section).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting I.R.C. Grade-II stone aggregate (of size 63mm to 45mm) confirming to sieve analysis as per specification and moorum of approved quality at work site away from trafficable berm free from weathered skin surface for road work in regular interval including conveying from stacks spreading metal and moorum for IRC grade-II metalling in even layers to an uniform thickness comapacted to 75mm required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works ( 4th revision ) and packing the voids with small stones and hand packing the same to the proper camber and grade filling the interstics by spreading moorum over the metal surface including watering rurf edging and consolidation with PRR 8-10 Tonnes with sufficient number passes for each layer including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries and T&P required for the work cost of watering and carriage of water including cost, conveyance, royalties,DMF,EMF & additional charge and Workers Welfare Cess with all leads, lifts, all labour etc. required for the work complete in all respect, but excluding GST as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60 kg /sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision) with all cost,conveyance, labour, T&P and Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete, but excluding GST as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg per Sqmt on the prepared surface of bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision) with all cost,conveyance, labour, T&P and Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete, but excluding GST as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Bitumen Machadam with Hot Mix Plant using crushed aggregates of Grading-II (19 mm nominal size) of 50 mm thick , premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70(VG-30) penetration grade of bitumen, transporting from the hot mix plant to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibtratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty, DMF,EMF,additional charges, excluding GST etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying Semi Dense Bitumonouse Concrete of 25 mm thick with Batch type Hot Mix Plant using crushed stone aggregates of Grading-II (10 mm nominal size) , premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70(VG-30) penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the from hot mix plant to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibtratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per , clause 508 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty, DMF,EMF,additional charges, excluding GST etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil including stoney earth and gravel mixed with boulders not exceeding 0.014 cum in volume, D.I.Rock & slushy soil with all leads, lifts, delifts including dressing and leveling the bed to design section and disposal of excavated materials for filling in river bank portion with all leads, lifts and delifts including dewatering, shoring, shuttering and propping of bullah piles and construction of coffer dam if required, bailing out water with all cost, conveyance, labour and cess and , taxes of all materials excluding GST, etc. complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
