Periodical maintenance & operation of Electrical & Mechanical Installations involving operation, repair, maintenance atttending to complaints/faults /breakdowns of HT/LT and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems installed at AAI Admin block, Residential colony, CISF barracks, Transmitting station including preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract on all days in three shift including Sundays and holidays.

Annual repair, maintnance and operation of fire fighting system comprises of fire pump sets, valves, water pipe line, fire brigade inlets, hose pipes, fog nozzels, air vessels and landing valves etc. installed at Terminal Buildings T-1 & T-2, Technical block, AAI Admin block with satisfactory operation of system, preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract on all days in three shift including Sundays and holidays.

Annual repair, maintnance and operation of fire detection & alarm system, comprising of control panel, loop driver card, smoke detector, hooter, addressable manual call point, output control module, fault isolator, circuit wiring for sensor, autodialers etc installed at Terminal Buildings T-1 & T-2, Technical block, AAI Admin block, NAV-AIDS sites in operational area complete as required, preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract on all days in three shift including Sundays and holidays.

Operation & Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Installations of Sewage Treatment Plant, which includes operation, repair, maintenance atttending to complaints/faults/breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract on all days in three shift including Sundays and all the holidays.

B-Check for following capacity Diesel Engine Set.i/c all relevent spare viz B-Check kit,Airfilter,Coolant,Radi wash,Lube Oil 15/w/40 Power Supreme min. as per OEM requirment etc complete as required.

Servicing and overhauling of 100 HP Main Pump i/c all required spare. (Make: Mather Platt)

Servicing and overhauling of 15 HP Jockey Pump.i/c all required spare. (Make: Mather Platt)

Refilling of fire extinguishers cylinder (dry powder type) of different capacity given below as and if required.

Replacement of existing damaged outdoor type hose cabinet by providing and fixing the new hose cabinet ( 1.0 m x 0.55m x 0.85m) made of not less than 3 mm aluminium sheet having central opening glazed door including necessary locking arrangement and painting work including also providing M.S. angles mounting frame suitable for accommodating external hydrant valve as per site requirement.

Replacement of the damage door locks of Internal / External Fire Hydrant box.

Replacement of the damage door glass and aluminium frame of existing External Fire Hydrant box.

Excavation and back filling for finding leakage in fire hydrant pipe.

Dismantling of existing 150mm dia Fire Hydrant pipe line.

Painting of following size M.S. pipe with one coat of primer & two coats of post office red enamel paint.

Replacement of Pressure Gauges with new 150/100 mm dial Pressure Gauges including required modification and fixing of New 15 mm control valve and accessories as required at site.

Replacement of Pressure Switches including required modification, electrical connections, fixing of new 15 mm control valve if required and accessories etc., as per site requirement.

Replacement of stopper / governor for 105HP diesel engine (make: Cummins) by providing genuine spare parts including change in required control wiring and connection etc. as per site requirement.

Replacement of defective PCB card and related accessories/ component of automatic operation control panel of diesel engine driven pump by providing new card and related component to ensure the functioning of control panel in auto and manual mode.

Constructing masonry chamber 90x90x100 cm inside with 7.5 class designation brick work in cement mortar 1:4( 1 cement: 4 coarse sand) for butterfly/sluice valve with C.I. surface box 100 mm top diameter,160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix(1cement:2coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10( 1 cement:5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand), 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design with FPS bricks.

Rewinding of 1.5 HP motor with original no. of turn and wire gauge i/c repairing of bush,termination of connecting lead , connection, testing & commissioning complete as required. ( Dismantled copper wire need not to return.)

Rewinding of the following type fan motor of various sizes & makes with suitable size copper winding wire and proper class insulation i/c overhauling, to & fro transportation etc complete as required. (Dismantle winding wire need not to return.)

Exhaust fan of sizes 450 mm / desert cooler fan motor.

Celling Fans / wall mounted fan / pedstal fan / Exhaust fan of sizes 300 mm.

Air-circulator fans of size 600mm/desert cooler fan motor.

Supply & replacement of the defective bearing for the following: Ceiling fans/ Exhaust fans/ Wall mounted fan/Pedesal fan/ Desert Cooler fan/Air Circulator fan motor/other fans of all types and sizes.

Servicing, Oiling & greasing of ceiling fans/ wall mounted fans/ exhaust fans of various sizes and make etc complete as required.

Servicing & overhauling of various sweep fan, desert coolers motors, pump including oiling , greasing and painting with single coat synthetic enamel paint, replacement of wood wool and internal wiring (if required) etc complete as required.

Supply and fixing of desert cooler submersible pump motor set suitable for 220volt, 50Hz AC, having lifting capacity of minimum 550Ltr/hr upto 1.5 mtr height i/c connection testing, commisioning complete as requrired.

Dismantling and rewinding of 5HP to 15 HP submersible pump motor set with original no of turns and same wire gauge insulated copper wire including replacement of all the internal worn out / defective parts i.e bushes, impellers, sleeves, upper and lower bush sets, thrust bearing, oil seals, rotor grinding and balancing, assembling, to & fro transportation of motor, re-installation, termination of connecting lead, connection, testing & commissoing complete as required. (Dismantled copper wire need not to return.)

Lifting and lowering of bore well submersible pump motor set of capacity 5HP to 15 HP.

Providing and fixing of cast iron butterfly valves of following size on the existing M S Pipes, by cutting, and making exact gap on pipe and fixing including flanges, gaskets ,bolt ,nut & washers etc. as required:-
