Scarifying or picking graveled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc. 400 sqm ,exc. 50mm and not exc. 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10cm thick (compacted thickness ) WBM, with lime stone, sand stone, flint or Quartzite coarse aggregate of grading 2 ( 63mm to 40mm size) , spread rolled and consolidated to gradient with granite, trap or basalt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for M&L preparation of surfaces water bound macadam road surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc.sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc And applying evenly a priming /tack coat with using tentaic bituminiuos primer at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm bituminous permix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm (consolidated average thickness) with 5.5% binder content by (paving bitumen VG-30) weight of total mix rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Laying shall be done by means of self propelled mechanical paver, finishing with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant. (iii) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportations shall be inclusive in the unit rate and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account.

M&L for preparation of black top surface by brushing with brush for removing caked materials, sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. And applying evenly a priming tack coat with VG-30 grade paving bitumniuos primer @5Kg per 10 Sqm of road surface bituminous permix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm (consolidated average thickness) with 5.5% binder content by (paving bitumen VG-30) weight of total mix rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Laying shall be done by means of self propelled mechanical paver, finishing with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing complete all as specified and directed. M&L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber up to outer edges of roads on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - (i) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportations etc for job mix formula shall be inclusive in the unit rate and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. (Make-Cat part no GPL-02-02 of make Greenlite,Cat part no. OS-778 of make Oscar,Cat part no. DA-52 of make Dark Eye complete all as specified and directed).

S&F in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directed. M&L for marking lines, dashes, arrows, letter etc 15 cm wide on bituminous surface with retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint with reflector sign glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area conforming to MOST & BIS specification ,of thickness 2.00 to 2.50 mm thick of white/golden/yellow as approved colour/shade and applied with machine as per manufactures instruction including preparation of surface ie cleaning of surface by removing all dust ,dirt,oil grease etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 80mm thick machine pressed rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block (glossy finish) of M-40 grade of approved shape, size and colour conforming to IS 15658-2006 over and including joints filled with sand filling 50mm thick as in levelling course of interlocking complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC(1:4:8) type D2 ( Using 40mm graded aggregate ) as in foundations,filling and mass concrete and any other location etc. including demolition of PCC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete kerb stone/blocks (machine pressed), solid cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crused stone aggregate) finished at top bullnosed shape and finished surface even and smooth and joineted in cement moratr 1:4 stuck finished including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.
