Supply and laying XLPE LT cable 1100 volts grade heavy duty with XLPE insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC Tape armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire and over all PVC Sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I) with latest amendments laid in tranches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including taking out old unserviceable existing cable s any sizes and necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following sizes :-

Comprehensive maintenance of automatic power correction system of the rating 125/100/70 KVAr including replacement of capacitor if required ,replacement of fuse,cleaning of capacitor terminal,Check that the capacitor current is not lower than 25 % nor greater than 120 % of the nominal value by phase and there is no phase unbalance greater than 15 % ,check the continuity and temperature of the two pole circuit breaker. Note : Spare parts like capacitor and fuse included in the quoted rate.

The Phase Sequence Corrector shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class (IP-54) and made of 2.00 mm thick Stainless Steel Sheet 316L thick & suitable frame work/ support made out of 75 mm Stainless Steel flat channel, front opening type with aprons for cable entry, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. Note: work includes cutting of wall as per DB size and requirement and making good to disturbed surfaces as existing surface.

M& L for shifting of LT panel board/LT feeder pillar box from low line side to as required level minimum 1.2 Mtr hight including taking down existing LT cable of any size,refixing as same condition incoming and out going cables and grouting of LT panel, provn of PCC foundation all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preventive maintenance of DG sets(125X01 ,160X1 ) installed at different location of Kashmir House .The following daily maint to be carried out as under (i) Check levels in oil through ,fuel tank cooler and replenish if necessary (ii) Re-grease all grease points (iii) Tighten the nuts bolts of pipeline of fuel oil ,lubricating oil,water and check leakages (iv) Check the water level in radiator and top up the coolant as required (v) Clean oil filters (vi) Check viscosity of lube oil (vii) Check crank case for leakage (viii) Clean air filters (ix) Check the radiator fan belt (x) Timely replace the engine oil/oil filter/diesel filter/air filter (xi) Check distilled water for battery and top up (xii) Check battery cover condition from cover and battery voltage (xiii) Check the insulation resistance of alternator
