M/o Completed Scheme under Nazul AC-II (Narela Zone)

Supply of potable water satisfying parameters of drinking water also through disinfected water tanker in Sector Al to A10 from the source including arrangement of pipe for filling the water into the water tanks at different locations at all level from tanker as and whenever required and giving sufficient time to residents for filling i/c cost of disinfection of water tankers at regular interval, royalty of water, transportation for all leads & lifts etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge(Note:Nothing extra shall be paid for disinfection of tanker, wear & tear of vehicles, testing of water sample and waiting period while filling & distribution etc.)

Conditions: 1. The royalty will be paid by the agency to Delhi Jal Board as per the prevalent rates of DJB and is already included in the rates. 2.The DJB water source shall be DJB-UGR in Holambi Kalan, Delhi and as approved by Engineer-in-charge.(Nothing extra will be paid on the account) 3.All the necessary permission from any Govt Body Shall be taken by agency at its own. 4.All the payments to the DJB shall be made by agency well in advance so that water supply not interrupted and the proof of the same is to be submitted in the office of EE/NPD-7 and payment will be released on account of submission. 5.The contractor shall be solely responsible for any accident or mishappening during transportation of water tankers. 6. All the vehicle used for the supply of drinking water must be equiped with a functional and temper proof GPS tracking system. The systme must be capable of real time tracking and must provide vehicle no. and unique trip ID, time and date of dispatch and delivery, Geo coordinates of the source and destination and route mapped stoppage time. NOTE : Condition for L1 Bidder – Availability and Exclusive Deployment of Water Tankers:- The L1 bidder shall be required to submit a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or ownership documents confirming the availability of at least two water tankers, each having a minimum capacity of 10,000 litres, and compliant with BS-VI emission norms or operating on CNG. Furthermore, the bidder must certify that the said tankers are not deployed elsewhere at the time of MoU submission and shall remain exclusively available for this work throughout the contract period—from the start date until completion of the work to ensure the timely and proper supply of drinking water as per the contract requirements. Failure to submit the requisite MoU or ownership documents, or non-compliance with the exclusivity condition, within 7 days of issuance of the Letter for commencement of work may result in forfeiture of the Performance Guarantee and will render L1 Bidder ineligible to participate in bid in re-tendering of said work and agency shall also certified that the tanker solely used for drinking water and has never been used for STP water.
