Providing and fixing 97mm thick partition which includes single layer of tapered edge 12.5mm thick gysum board is screw fixed to C-stud. 70x0.5mm special section power pressed/ roll form G.I. sheet with miniumum zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm(both side inclusive) placed at 610mm c/c in floor and ceiling channel. Floor & Ceiling channel is anchored to the floor & True ceiling using Rawl plug Ø8x45mm anchor fasteners at 600mm c/c in zig zag manner. Floor channel to be wrapped with 70µ Self Adhesive LDPE moisture barrier film to further improve corrosion resistance performance. A noggin channel of 70x0.5mm width has to be provided at the horizontal joints of the two boards.
