M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerbs, copings, padding cement concrete to bring the slops towards spouts in sunken floors etc complete.

M&L for plastering to bottom and sides of sunken floors 15 mm thick in Cement mortar 1:3, surface finished even and smooth using extra cement with WPC as specified. (WPC shall be paid seprately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified

S&F 40mm bore HDPE pipe as in spout pipes in sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed.
