Modification and upgradation of existing Departure BHS into Inline X-Ray Baggage Handling System at Amritsar Airport.

Supply of Check-in conveyor system (including Drive unit) in two sections comprising of Weighing & Labeling and Dispatch conveyor of minimum length1200mm with minimum useful width of 650mm between side walls along with drive unit for each conveyor section with display range 0-200 Kg with accuracy of + 0.05% and two displays (Each for Passenger and Airlines staff) including load sensor and toppling devices etc. Each set comprises of 01 no. weighing & labeling conveyor, 01 no. dispatch conveyor and 02 nos. weighing display as per Technical specification .

Supply of Queuing / Metering Conveyor with minimum 1200 mm length and minimum nominal width of 1000mm between side walls along with drive units as per Technical specification complete etc. as required.

Supply of Transport Conveyors (Straight/inclined/declined) including Drive Unit to match with x-ray machine level, Level 3 area and Level 4 area inclusive of drive units for each section for both island as required as per BHS layout and Technical specification etc. complete as required.

Supply of 90 Degree Power Curve with inner useful belt width of minimum 1000mm between side walls along with drive unit as per Technical specification

Supply of 45 Degree Power Curve along with drive unit as per BHS Layout and Technical specification

Supply of 45 Degree Merge along with drive unit as per BHS Layout and Technical specification

Supply of Ball Tables (Min size 1200 mm X 1200 mm) as per BHS layout and Technical specification

Supply of Roller Shutters as per site requirement in the wall opening (wall between passenger and non-passenger area) including limit switches, wiring and integration with control panel etc. as per Technical specification

Supply of Draught Curtains in the openings wherever the conveyor pass through the walls, consisting of flexible overlapping slats of black belt strips as per Technical specification site requirement.

Supply of Height Limiter made up of stainless steel with photo sensor to detect the over height of baggage including proper support arrangement and fault reset button as per BHS layout and Technical specification

Supply of 360 degree Automatic Tag Reader as per Technical specification.

Supply of New SCADA system for the complete Departure System including 2 nos. Servers deployed on two hosts , 2 nos. workstations along with all related accessories as mentioned in technical specifications.

Design, Modification, development, installation, testing and commissioning of complete In-Line X-Ray departure baggage handling system including: (i) Submission of design/layout drawing of modification work for electrical & Mechanical item. (ii) Development, Addition and modification of already existing control Panel for each island. (iii) Dismantling, modification and Re-Installation of Mechanical and Electrical system of existing BHS System as per approved layout. (iv) Integration with control panels, SCADA system, CTX Machines, Level-3 X-ray Machines. (v) Other related necessary works etc. complete. (vi) Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all above BHS equipments complete etc. (vii) Above also includes to provide skilled/authorized manpower, machinery, spares & consumables etc.

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of complete in-Line X-Ray departure baggage handling system including all consumable and manpower required for troubleshooting, routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of manufacturer and instructions of engineer-in-charge for maintaining the system in acceptable functional, operational and serviceable state.

AICMC Charges for 3rd year (i.e. 1st Year after DLP of 2 years) (7.370% of SITC cost)

AICMC Charges for 4th year (i.e. 2nd Year after DLP of 2 years) (8.080% of SITC cost)

AICMC Charges for 5th year (i.e. 3rd Year after DLP of 2 years) (8.850% of SITC cost)

AICMC Charges for 6th year (i.e. 4th Year after DLP of 2 years) (9.720% of SITC cost)

AICMC Charges for 7th year (i.e. 5th Year after DLP of 2 years) (10.680% of SITC cost)

NOTE FOR TENDERER: - i) Tenderer shall endeavor to utilize the components of existing BHS to the maximum extent possible. If, however, as per the design of the tenderer(s) these items or any other item as provided under the existing BHS cannot be utilized, such un-used/Dismantled items of existing BHS must be handed over to AAI Store. ii) Supply & installation of X-ray Machine & ETD is not in the scope of this work. X-ray Machine, ETD & BSD will be provided by AAI. However, Integration of X-Ray machine shall be in scope of this work and nothing extra shall be paid on account of Integration. iii)The tenderer has to consider the cost for all additional/new items in the above quoted cost for SITC of complete In Line BHS . iv) Tenderer have been advised to visit and study the existing Departure Baggage Handling System with equipments installed at Amritsar Airport and to ascertain the risks & constraints of site requirements and Bid shall be quoted accordingly. v) AICMC of existing components of Baggage handling System (which are to be utilized alongwith In-line baggage handling system after modification) during DLP (02 years) is under scope of work. The rate shall be quoted accordingly under SH-I SITC part. No Extra claim will be entertained in this regard. vi) Total cost of Item No. 1 to 13 is considered as SITC Cost.
