M&L for PCC1:3:6 Type C-1 ,M-10 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling of sunken floor to receive floor top finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for (a) 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound (conform to IS 2645-Specifictions for integral cement water proofing compound) as approved as per manufacturer’s instructions shall be applied both on floor and wall. The surfaces then shall be cured and allowed to dry. All the joints of pipe shall be sealed properly as per the instruction of agency who is carrying out water proofing treatment. After the treatment is over, sunkenportion shall be kept full of water for atleast one week to check that no seepage is seen from the external surface. (c) Manufacturer/approved agencies for water proofing treatment to sunken slab/portion membrane shall be as per approved list

M & L for GI pipe 50 mm bore ‘medium grade’ as in spout including neccesary cutting to wall/beam etc and proper setting in cement moratr 1:3 , complete all as specified..

Dismantling Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs and disposal of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on cement mortar & joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 etc complete all as directed.

Demolition of existing roof treatment of any description such as worn-out tar felt, debris, mortar of any description & any thickness, surface cleaning of all foreign material such as fungus, moss, dust etc. by wire brushing and dusting including disposal of debris out of MoD land then surface levelled with a layer of 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including mixed with water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions and ensure water does not stand anywhere after Sprinkle water on the roof surface and M&L for APP modified roof treatment over existing accessible RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specifications complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 liter/Sqm manufacture by the same agency as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gram/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. Laying of membrane. (d) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap.

Material and labour for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface such as dado etc 450mmX 300mmX 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of the tiles over and including 10mm thick rough cement plaster to receive tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Rate included for all cutting ,waste including machine cutting to make it square or rectangular,cutting and polishing by machine & size of kota stone shall not be less than 550 mmx550mm .

M & L machine cut kota stone slab 14 to 16mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over backing coat 10mm thick in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC (1:2:4) Type B1, 80mm thick reinforcement with 8mm TOR steel @100 C/C in lieu of CI cover and the rate includes in the unit rate of item (ii) Earth lead shall be protected upto test point using necessary arrangement with GI pipe and the rates includes in the unit rate of item. (iii) Charges for earth resistivity test deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) PCC Chamber shall be constructed 500mm away from the edge of earth pit (v) Earth resistance should be less than 3 Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3 Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to the Govt. (vi) For effective visibility, identification and traceability of earth pit (EP) with corresponding earth of equipment and building, markers in metal (Mild Steel) shall be provided. Earth test of earth pit is to be provided with a colour code. The direction regarding the size, shape and colour of the mild steel identification board etc shall be given by the Engineer-in-Charge. (vii) On completion of the entire work the contractor shall submit a register/ record showing location of earthing, earth value, date of testing etc to the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: The schedule of credit has been attached in tender in Pdf format and amount of credit schedule i.e. Rs 1554342.85 shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
