Design Manufacture Supply Installation Testing Commissioning and Maintainance of MRL Passenger Lift with ARD at NSCG

Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance (DMSITCM) of 10Passenger (680 Kg), Gearless type MRL Elevator/Lift, 1.00m/sec. with VVVF drive, G+1 floors incl. ARD & Emergency drive unit for rescuing in case of power supply failure by and as per the technical specifications & features mentioned in compliance with CPWD General Specifications for Electrical Work (Part-III – Lifts and Escalators) - 2003 as amended up-to-date as well as, as per the IS-15330 (2003): Code of Practice for Installation and Maintenance of Lifts for Handicapped Persons - [ETD 25: Lift and Escalators] specifications as well as IS 15785 (2007): Code of practice for Installation and maintenance of lift without conventional machine rooms [ETD 25: Lift and Escalators] amended up-to-date, suitable for operating on 415 V(+/-6%), 3Ph, 50 Hz (+/-3%), AC Supply. The work shall include among all other things as detailed in the specifications, features, etc. all necessary steel, civil & electrical works as specified & describedand or as may be required for satisfactory completion for working of the elevator/lift including necessary staging/scaffolding/accessories. (Nothing extra will be paid on account of this) The work also includes obtaining & providing LICENSE TO WORK LIFT from the respective authority without which the work will not be treated as complete. The free comprehensive maintenance period/guarantee period for the elevator shall be 12 Months from the date of handing over the lift. Note :- Please read this item alongwith point no.1 under NOTES on BoQ and the rate may accordingly be quoted.

Minor civil & electrical works like scaffolding, pit pedestal, hole cutting, grouting, hoist way lighting/pit lighting, landing push button boxes, indicators, telephone instrument, ARD with all accessories, wiring, earthling, buffer, rope anchoring, deflection pulley, speed governor, etc. and also providing rubber mat, Fire bucket with stand, CO2 cylinder first aid chart & kit etc.

Liasioning Charges for getting approvals, permissions and LICENSE TO WORK LIFT from the state government authorities such as Electrical Inspectorate/Fire Fighting/CEA etc.
