Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for dressed laterite stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:4.

M& L Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4

All as per item No. 3 above but except stone

M&L Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:3

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including racking out joints haking for keys scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of stone masonry surface and is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L Preparation of new plaster surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer

M & L for demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above the ground level)

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drains

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm or more inner girth in cement concrete, finished using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and any position (reinforcement cut to facilitate demolition ) and removeing debris outside defence land

M&L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in man hole cover slabs etc set in cement mortar (1:4) including use and waste of form work (reinforcement shall be measured and paid for relevant item) all as specified.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia

M & L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in hard standing etc, finished by brooming as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description nor other wise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc, complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161-1998 grade st 240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Joist , channel, angle, or tee sections fixed independently, as in `Y' section/swan neck etc without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e within 20mm of the length indicated) grade Fe-410(Gde E-250) complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer all as specified

Excavation in post holes in soft/disintegrated rock each n exc 0.50cum getting out,returning in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layer not exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface.

M & L Plain Cement Concrete Type B2 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in post holes, including use and waste of form work.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed

S & F for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S & F for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550MPa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type and making good surface.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires , any mesh, size and type to any type of standards,rails ,straining bolts ,etc including provision of binding wire

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing including,any size or type as directed

M&L for angle iron posts or struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed of any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete paver block any shape & size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified.

M & L for 100mm thick cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graged aggregate) as sub base to flooring

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation etc all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate including formwork for coping/haunching, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20mm thiick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with and shade of granite, including 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:6

M & L for Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations

M& L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey pigment cement and pigments, with and including 20 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:4

M & L for boulder pitching, grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6, hand packed tighly, all as specified and where directed.

Cleaning of covered drain incl removal and refixing of cover slab, as specified and directed.
