M&L kota stone slab 20-+25mm thick in riser of steps,skirting,dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete inlcuding 10 mm thick rendering in vertical surface of brick / PCC block wall in cement mortar 1:4 and including demolition of old kota stone dedo, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
