Supply, laying in trenches/through pipes under road, floor/ on wall/on pole or any other indicated place & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm including taking down of old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubes, galvanized, light grade, ISI marked 80mm bore for protection of cable under floor, road or on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose n.exc 1.5m wide and exc 1.50m but n.exc 3.0 m in depth for foundation or shafts, wells cesspit, manholes, pier holes, cable laying, sewage/water lines etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material nexc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable line including spreading, leveling, well ramming completed all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness will be measured for payment.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm laid in trenches as cable covers completed all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sq mm to 95 sqmm completed all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sq mm to 95 sqmm completed all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm completed all as specified and directed.

M & L for rewinding of 433 Volts LV coils of transformer, removing unserviceable material, reinsulation with new insulated materials three layer complete and re-winding as per existing size of core of transformer including heating, varnishing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rewinding of 11/0.433 KV HT coils of transformer, removing unserviceable material, reinsulation with new insulated materials three layer complete and re-winding as per existing size of core of transformer including heating, varnishing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding 433 Volts LV coils of transformer/stabilizer/isolation transformer of using proper size new copper wire suitable for working voltage 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rewinding 11/0.433 KV HV coils of transformer of using proper size new copper wire suitable for working voltage 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for item No 12 to 15:- (i) Oil filtration, supply of new oil will be measured separately. (ii) All petty parts including nut, bolts, gasket minor welding are deemed to be included the rate quoted (iii) The rate for transport and lifting of transformer by crane should be deemed to include in the rate quoted.

Dehydration of HV/EHV grade transformer oil (On line/off line), minimum three cycles to achieve dielectric strength upto 60KV for EHV grade and upto 40 KV for HV grade, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Centrifuging Machine with all T&P & testing equipment required for dehydration to be arranged by contractor.

Supply and filling, transformer oil EHV grade as per IS-335 of 1993 Part-II, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and stringing in repair ACSR conductor of any size for LT over head line as directed including fixing to insulators with proper size of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 18 but GI wire 4 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs mild steel galvanized stay assembly set complete comprising of 14mm dia, 400mm long stay bow, 1800 mm long stay rod 20mm dia, 300mm x 300mm x 6mm stay plate, thimble, GI stay wire of 7/8 SWG upto required length including loop type insulator of vitreous porcelain, small size with overall dimensions 90x140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm, all as shown in electrical plate No.1 of MES Schedule part-I 1991 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repairs Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubular pole, swaged, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of aluminium paints over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paints, type 410-SP-55 (11 meter long) including taking down old unserviceable pole complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earthwork and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in copings to poles & the like etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for Air break Switch triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps suitable for 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs drop out expulsion fuse single pole suitable for 11000 volts grade upto 50 amps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of pin type insulator porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type white, brown or green single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Re-stringing Over Head Line ACSR Conductor and earth wire of any size and type on LT poles including disconnection on Existing Lines by un-binding at Each Pin/Shackle Type Insulator, re-fixing the same after stretching Conductor, removing excess Sag, maintaining proper distance between Conductors adjusting line dividers etc and cutting trimming of tree branches upto 2 mtr clear distance from wire, complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement rubber mat of 1 meter x 2 meter x 10 mm size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down HT switch gear (Vacuum circuit breaker) of capacity 11 KV 250/350 MVA repairs, overhauling, servicing and refixing the same after repairs/ overhauling complete all as specified and directed comprising of following:- (a) Tripping off the breaker, lowering the breaker with raising/lowering handle and pulling out the breaker complete from the panel along with the trolley for servicing/inspection/overhauling. (b) Servicing/Inspecting/checking of automatic safety shutter operation for serviceability and replacement of spares if required. (c) Servicing/Inspecting/checking of circuit spout and circuit spout connections for RYB phases and replacement of spares if required. (d) Dismantling and checking of cross bar assembly, fixed contacts and current carrying parts of the breaker, trolley, insulated assembly and checking lamination with clamps, epoxy spout, isolator assembly etc. (e) Setting, reassembling, cleaning, adjustment of fixed contacts, main contact, arcing contacts and chamber baffle pot assembly, moving contact for proper setting of auxiliary contacts operating mechanism. (f) Servicing/Inspecting/checking of secondary sockets/bus bar earthing plugs/earthing sockets and replacement of spares if required. (g) Checking, setting and adjustment of lowering and raising operation of the breaker trolley. (h) Lubrication and greasing of all moving parts of the trolley, stopper bolt for proper operating and closing of shutter gear, isolation resistance of trolley of with vacuum interrupter assembly. (j) The inspection of HT switch gear shall involve:- (ii) Inspection of truck & hoist assembly. (iii) Inspection of tank assembly & barriers. (iv) Inspection of assembly & components of solenoid assembly. (v) Inspection of assembly & components of dependent mechanism. (vi) Inspection of assembly & components of spring box mechanism. (vii) Inspection of motor mechanism spring charge assembly (viii) Inspection of assembly of trip unit & related components

Notes:- (i) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary T&P, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, insulation tape, compound, painting of VCB panels with approved colour all as per existing etc. to put in to the VCBs and panels in serviceable condition, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) Major spares like Breaker bushings, vacuum interrupter assembly, bus bar spout, bus bar spout connections, circuit spout/circuit spout connections/buffer fixed contacts, moving contacts, tank assembly/barriers, solenoid spares, dependent/spring mechanism/ motor mechanism, trip unit etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items and shall be of OEM or equivalent make.

S & F in repair 110V DC tripping coil for 11 KV VCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of LED Indication Lamps for VCB panel complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Spring charging motor with gear assembly for VCB complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair monoblock diode 25 Amp for VCB complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 11KV/110V digital volt meter (1 Phase) for VCB complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair digital amp meter (1 Phase) for VCB complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Master Trip Relay suitable for 11 KV HT panel for protection system complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Relay suitable for 11 KV HT panel complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs of single unit resin cast type current Transformer of rating 11 KV, ratio 50-25/5-5A, burden 5P10 for protection an 10VA for metering complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair plunger set of three suitable for 11 KV HT panel complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair vacuum interrupter 400 A suitable for VCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Tap changer assembly of 11/0.433 KV transformer 500 to 750 KVA including replacing worn out connection sleeves, insulated plates, nut, bolts & washers and testing after replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Tap changer assembly of 11/0.433 KV transformer 100 to 400 KVA including replacing worn out connection sleeves, insulated plates, nut, bolts & washers and testing after replacement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs bushing with insulator, packing, nut, washers etc on HT side suitable for 500 KVA to 750 KVA 11000/433V complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed for 50 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, in replacement of MCBs, DP, 240 Volts, 5 to 40 Amps, 10 kA, AC/DC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, in replacement of 33 KV current transformer out door type of ratio 200-100/5 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs maximum demand controller for LT/HT supply with parameters of V, A, F, KW, KVA, kVAr, kWh, kVAh, PF, Phase angle Neutral current, Max demand complete all as specified and directed.
