Providing and Fixing of Fibre Glass Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with 15mm thick Microlook 90 Edge Tiles with 15mm Bolt Slot exposed grid. The tiles shall have smooth laminated visual with Humidity Resistance (RH) of 95%, NRC 0.85 – 0.95 (Average value of Absorption Co-efficient readings taken at 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000 Hz and 2000 Hz) as per ASTM C423 standard, , Light Reflectance ≥88% as per ASTM E-1477, Colour Pebble White, Fire Performance of Class 0/1 as per BS 476 Part 6/7 with 20/25mm Square Tegular/Microlook 90˚ edge and 8mm drop in module size of 600 x 600mm. It shall be suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 85%.SUSPENSION: The tile shall be laid on grid system with 15mm white flanges incorporating a 6mm central reveal in white/black colour with mitred ends & “bird’s mouth” notches to provide mitred cruciform junctions colour global white. Grid shall have double stroke rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 38mm (all sections). The deflection loading of the system shall be 7.9 kg/m2 (as per standard installation layout mentioned below) and main beam tested as per ASTM C635 (Deflection limit less than L/360) with a deflection loading of 9.5 kg/m. The end details of the cross tee shall be made of pre hardened steel clip fixed to the ends of the cross tee to provide double locking between “cross tee to cross tee” and “cross tee to main beam”. All main beam to main beam and cross tee to cross tee connection shall have a pull out strength of more than 100kg. The T Sections shall be made of 90 gsm as per IS 277 (2003) pre-painted steel with baked polyester paint of 0T bending capability. INSTALLATION: To comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm securely fixed to the structural soffit using suspension system (specifications below) at 1200mm maximum. The First/Last suspension system at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall along with the first and the last main beam shall be at less than 600mm from the wall.

Flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm to form 1200 x 600 mm module. Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support. 600 x 600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200 mm cross tees.Perimeter trim to be wall angles of size 3000x19x19mm, secured to walls using screws at 450mm centre to centre maximum. Providing and Fixing Channelled Woodworks perforated panels of width 192mm, thickness of 15mm and length 2400 mm, made of a Moisture resistant fibre board substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade (Portland Maple, Sea Beech, Siam Wood & Mystique Walnut, Interior White, Alumina Pearl) and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side with backfill upto 75 mm thick Resin Bonded Rockwool 48 kg/m3 as per requiments. The boards shall have a special perforation pattern where the reverse surface has a “Helmholtz” fluted perforation with consecutive 3mm wide groove followed by 5mm of visible pane. The edges of the panel shall be “tongue-and-grooved” to fix special clips for installation and seamless visual. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non-woven Soundtex acoustical fleece hot pressed to achieve NRC of 0.65. (Average value of Absorption Co-efficient readings taken at 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000 Hz and 2000 Hz) as per ASTM C423 and Humidity Resistance (RH) of 70% with camber limit less than 1mm/1000mm and bow less than 1mm/300mm.The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines (keel) using inside clips provided by approved brand as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. INSTALLATION: An appropriate vapour barrier (by others) shall be applied/installed on the vertical surface before the installation to properly seal against entry of any moisture. Vapour barrier (by others) shall be installed as per Manufacturer’s recommendation. Install wooden batten grid (provided by others) of section 50x50mm or as approved by the Architect on the solid wall/partition to provide level and plumb surface for fixing Keel. Install Keel vertically using screws and plugs at spacing of not more than 600mm centre-to-centre. The first and last keel should not be more than 150mm from the ends. Trim the tongue of the first bottom panel and install using headless nail with groove side upward. Subsequent panels are installed with tongue side downward by engaging with each other using tongue and groove mechanism and secured by inside clip. Continue this process until required height is achieved. Shorter butt edges need to be joined using industrial/wood glue. The keel shall also be used for transition of the butt end of adjacent panel at every 7.2m. Install the skirting of width 50mm or more as required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Finish off the edges using wooden moulding of matching colour. Installation should be carried out as per approved brand recommended procedure.

Supply and installation of 2.50 mm thick approved Linoleum flooring as per EN 428, made of natural raw material which is permanently bacteriostatic flooring of approved make as per manufacturers specifications.The product has Top shield finish comprising of primer and Acrylic coating to provide better performance.The product should not have a PUR coating on the top surface.The joints between the flooring shall be hot seamed /welded using multicoloured welding rods(similar to the shade of floor covering as per manufacturers approval after 24 hours of laying of rolls.The welding/seaming shall be done using hot air welding machine.The product should have accoustical sound impact of 19db.Reaction to fire should be EN 13501-1Cfi-SI. as per approved make , manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying one coat of cement based ready made wall putty including preparing the surface smooth by san papering etc as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge. Consumption of the putty shall be not less than 5 Kg per 10 Sqm. Preperation and application of the putty shall be strictly as per the manufacturers guidelines and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The putty shall be applied only after cleaning the surface thoroughly. Required curing shall be done before application of both the coats shall also be sand papered to make the surface smooth and even suitable for any kind of wall painting. The rate includes all operations and all the material and necessary scaffolding etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and Installation of 3mm average thick self leveling compound of approved brand required for linoleum flooring etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and Installation of 12 mm thick skirting High-Density High Moisture Resistance board of approved brand and shade colour.The rate shall include the cost of fixing with headed nails and adhesive etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
