Filling and Laying with brick aggregate and binding material with available buliding debris (brick aggregate,clay tile rubbish etc. will given by niot ). Including screening, sorting and spreading to template and consolidation each layer by rolling/ ramming and watering and acheiving total thickness as per direction of Engineer -in - charge. Total lead & lift 500m & 1.5m respectively

Supply & Filling with approved earth brought from outside (Good earth should free from rank vegetation, grass, brush wood , buliding waste etc )in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. layers not exceeding 20cm in depth with consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering with hand roller of 2-3 tonn Capacity, lead up to 500 m and lift upto 1.5 complete as directed by Engineer in charge

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in. Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand(m-sand)) Note i)M-Sand Maybe used

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement:6 fine sand) Note i)M-Sand Maybe used

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by blocking making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer -in- charge

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete all complete as per instruction of Engineer In - Charge.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete.Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.All works up to 1st floor level Concrete of M20 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum Note i)M-Sand Maybe used

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. Make: TATA / Isteel /Vizag/Sail
